GE day will probably not be a walk on on everything. Usually on P&G day, and GE day, it is packed! they are huge companies. Other threads I have read have stated the crowd is fairly light as the public including pass holders are not invited those days. Are you basing your packed description on experience or speculation? Experience. But, it will still be fun. Also, if the day isnt a great day, you might get lucky!

Now, i know that these forums are about KI and other CF parks, and that this isnt a trip "report", but, I am going to six flags great america next weekend, and I was just wondering....: 1) What rides should I get to? 2)what are their food prices like? 3)are they normally buisy at this point in the season?? any answers will help. thanks -Matt

True, this is immature, but nobody should be forced to apologize to anyone if they do not feel that they did something wrong. In my opinion, the coaster battle threads do get annoying after a while, as do the SOB threads. But, if somebody wants to make a thread, they can. Now, to answer the initial question, I would choose the battles.

I hav actaully had the smae problem on Invertigo, but only a couple times. Coming aroung the corkscrew part, I just kinda start to get like light headed and come close to like passing out. Its a problem

I dont ride it that much, but when i do, I usually ride up the first hill backwards...so im facing down. I like the feeling of kinda like falling out. haha

^haha im excited too! i liked all the stuff that I got. Haha but the race will not really effect the crowd at the park, considering the 5k is at 7:15, the 10k is at 7:00, and the golden ticket run thingy is sometime around those, ahha

Unless you really do attend a private event at Cedar Point, you probably will not get a "very" short line on Maverick. The shortest I have ever had on there is 45 minutes. But, the longest i have had is 4 hours. My opinion. Just wait it out. Or try and get there at the very beginning of the day adn run straight to it. haha

I would say that my favorite ride cerw would be either beast, Diamondback, or.......wait for it.................REPTAR! hahaha they really are a funny crew, and its funny to watch them try and entertain the little kids. Now, if it was my favorite ride crew at any park, I would say Diamondback, The Beast, or maverick.

I will totally be there tomorrow to watch Mr. Wallenda do this death defying walk...hahah. I saw the crane with the wire attached today as i drove by the park, and it looks amazing. Its weird because i knew it was 262 feet, and i knew how high that was compared to drop zone and the Eiffel Tower, but until i saw the crane, it didnt seem as high. I would be freakinout just standing on the crane's platform..haha . But I wish him luck and hope he does a great job. This will be a great show.

well, yeah if i was gonna do the best route, its definately the 10k, but im going to try and run or at least jog the entire thing.....soo...the 5k is a better call for me.

I shall be working it next year when I will be 16. haha....but i will be there this year, ready to be scared

Haha yeah as HTCO said I will be running with him in the 5k on sunday(well....like a mile behind him...haha). But, I havnt trained really at all. I have started running around my neighborhood's lake which is like 2 - 2.5 miles around....so yeah
