I know that the ride supervisors at Diamondback helped pick what played in it's queue.

Can't agree more! When being trained to operate rides at Kings Island at least, you're instructed what to look for, what conditions can and cannot ride. So this employee was not out of place at all. Too many people complain about not being able to ride due to unusual body proportions, not being able to hold themselves up, casts, prosthetics, etc. but never read the policies before entering the line of a ride. I'm with you HTCO if you don't like the policy after you finally read the policy or are asked to leave the ride, don't ride that ride and/or don't go to that park.

I don't think gas at $4.15 in the surrounding areas of the park really hurt attendance yesterday.

What do you mean? If you are talking about what is playing...it hasn't been announced. Speculation is SpongeBob again. If you are asking why it wasn't open yesterday it's because of WindSeeker construction. Stitch, those signs are still there! Great find! I forgot about them even though I passed them yesterday.

Jasper! Thanks for putting a picture up! That's the face plate I was talking about. It was covered with tape before...as a "fix" to any legal issues but it was picked off.

I don't think there is going to be a fundraiser at KI. Just as you said there haven't been announcements for it. When KI did the auction for Diamondback first ride....it was announced way in advance. No, I don't think this fuels the conspiracy that WindSeeker will not be ready. I wish the conspiracy would just stop...if it operates, awesome it'll operate. If it doesn't operate, we'll all ride it some other time.

Ryan when I talked to Don Helbig he mentioned that the LED lighting package was going to be very similar to what Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular has.

In the refreshing of the webcam, I've noticed several different "designs" of lights. I'm pretty much smiling ear to ear right now!

Probably just to install the remaining arms and seats. They used a different crane for the others but that one doesn't appear to be on site anymore so it probably wasn't booked to be at KI this long.

lol-ing at the Action Theater picture. There is a lot of behind scenes things as pkiboy said. A lot of the maintenance trucks have partial PKI logos on them still. Anything else? Edit: I just remembered on top of the Drop Tower queue house, the Drop Zone paint scheme is on there.

I searched for anything like this and nothing popped up. So looking around the park has anyone seen evidence of the Paramount years? For example, at Backlot Stunt Coaster on the "advance" station (as of last season) you could see the Italian Job: Stunt Track face plate on the drive box. Side note--at Kings Dominion there is also a IJ:ST faceplate on the transfer track drive box. What have you seen?
