First trip was in the 2000-2001 range. I remember my parents trying to get me on AE and I refused because I was chicken. I kept saying 'I wanna go on that one instead!' while pointing to King Cobra. It was to keep me away from AE. It didn't work. Yes, I enjoyed it very much.

It happened to me too. I visited almost 7 minutes ago and my heart still has some pounding going. That should be my new alarm clock.

UPDATE! I just visited the site and was greeted to something new It's now set to the 2 O'clock Press Conference time and... When you enter the site the box shakes like crazy and you get people screaming and the eye staring at you.

I was hoping a news team had a live stream on Ustream.tv or something and was going to broadcast it live over the internet. They'll most likely put snippets of it on YouTube.

I had a dream about the press invite last night. Very comical. It starred Helbig as some strange rodeo dude who announced the ride. There was a box on the top a tall rock. The scene looked like the fantasmic stage. The box blew up and Chernabog (rotfl!) was inside and kept blowing things up and shooting water fountains at Helbig as he flipped and jumped over it. After a huge explosion a sign appeared and said something along the lines of, 'Unchained' or something. That would be one hardcore press release.

I am still going to bet on a snake or horse name, but my best guess is a snake name. This is a VERY creative press release IMO. This is something you wouldn't see at any park.

Private events like Toyota Day, the only day I visit KI during the year. I wouldn't expect construction to stop nonetheless while the events take place.

Even though my longest ride in my life was 3 hours, I must agree that the article is over hyping what was done. 20 hours in an air-conditioned amusement park is pretty weak.

...and 24 posts later, we have managed no pictures for proof, and have somehow started discussing McDonalds. Progress at it's best!

I am on and off with this' 200 dollars for defunct rides - yes, I'd kill to get on those Eagles again. And No because of what was previously said earlier about memories.
