Great article, Don. If it becomes a hit, do you think other parks like a SIX park would follow suite?

Agreed, I do think they should make them and sell them at the Emporium for those that want to have the map added to their collection.

Quote of the day, shark. My kids never cared what the theme was of any ride when they were little. They just wanted to get on. My kids just saw Snoopy and company and enjoyed them for what they were. Prime example, look at Holiday World. They have their own characters for the kids area and I don't see anyone screaming for them to theme to a specific IP. As you say though, meeting a character from a TV show they watch on the daily would most definitely make their day a bit more, but not necessary.

I gotta say, I'm a little surprised it has sold out.

P&G days is this weekend. I am guessing we will see lots of blow up products show up today.

Do you think IB could keep up with the maintenance on one of those? At a KIC event years ago, this maintenance guy told us these were the most complex trains in the park (obviously at that time) with the number of sensors for each seat.

I think this is a good move. With all the cuts and other issues they have had this season, having some consistency with thememing in one area of the park is a good thing. This might have put some parents over the edge if they had rethemed to Loony Tunes or DC characters. If we loose Snoopy in 2030, I would prefer the kids area be a DC area over Loony Tunes.

First drop, amazing. Loop, very cool. The rest was you in one of those paint mixers at the hardware store. It was one awesome looking structure.

These strollers keep getting more elaborate and bigger every season too. Some now come with monster truck tires, 12" lifts, and some about the size of a smart car.

I would take a mega Siren's Curse in the Vortex spot. It can be a normal lift hill the tilt track is not required. With the onboard audio, light package, and the smooth elements of the SC, it would be a great replacement in that spot.

It was running fine when I was there over the holiday weekend. The water sprayers were working.

I rode the new one at Hershey this year. Being up on that hill is so fun to ride. I would love to get a screamin' swing at KI.

I have gotten it a few times. @DonHelbig and I got it when it was new and we both enjoyed it. I am not sure it tops the pub burger for him though?
