Cheetah Hunt
Play clip 3 first.... then clip 1. Seems to be pretty fluent actually if played in that order. Clip 2 is toward the very end of the ride, as you can see the skyride / monorail building getting closer.

Wolf Pack
The best scare is at the beginning of Tombstone Terror-tory. Just an FYI.

Wolf Pack
^^That is the way I understood it too.

What's your favorite restaurant at KI?
Backyard BBQ, Chic-Fil-A, Potato Works.

Wolf Pack
Well, either I was not looking hard enough, or they weren't very convincing. My opinion is.... you only have one chance to make a good first impression. I probably 95% will not go through Wolf Pack again. I will be over at Diamondback if anyone needs me...

Wolf Pack
Wolf Pack is a complete and epic FAIL! The name is misleading.... "Wolf Pack" one would expect to see werewolves not their victims jumping out at you yelling "RAWR!" Honestly a werewolf is one creature that might actually scare me if I came in contact with one. So I was expecting there to be PEOPLE dressed up as werewolves. There were people screaming "IT HURTS! IT HURTS!" or "HE'LL GET YOU!" Kings Island needs to step it up... This attraction has the potential to be very scary. Which is why people go through the mazes in the first place. Put some werewolf costumes in there, not just props that look like werewolves.

Cheetah Hunt
I love BGT.... I am upset it is not B&M, but still excited about the new ride. I am saddened that the water portion of Rhino Rally is gone... I worked there in 2001 and 2002 as a driver. We had lots of fun! I am glad I was able to be apart of that experience and know it is for the best. Bring on the new and the bold!

Cheetah Hunt
If you don't like the color, don't ride it. I am going on opening day... whenever that may be.

Flight Deck Possibly Broken? Your Opinion?
I like the last swing on the coaster. Great ending to a great ride.

Delirium Is Shorter
Viking Furry has been shortened. It doesn't even have the 2 or 3 "free swings" anymore. They just get you going and stop you. I was not the only one to notice it. Other people were making comments as we exited.

New at KI in 2011
If you look at the video on KI's WindSeeker listing, pause it at 1:06 and you can barely see Drop Zone and SOB in the background.

The Windseeker Poll!
Here is the way I look at it. It is another NEW attraction that has been added. It isn't a recycled ride like Firehawk. Cedar Point has Max Air, we have Delirum. What's the difference?
-
The Windseeker Poll!
I plan on riding it opening day. I will be flying solo. Who wants to share a swing?
-
If you could only stay in one section of KI for the day.
You mean, there is more to do at KI than just Diamondback?

[SOB] Does anyone have...
Windshawne, they were standing on the side of the track, not jumping in and out of the train in that video. I do not believe that they jumped in and out of a coaster with the capability of traveling 70+ mph.

New looping coaster?
Not to mention if you have a dual loading station like SheiKra, you can dispatch 2 trains, then load 2 more. SheiKra was running all 5 trains when I visited in July. SheiKra loads 48 people at once, Griffon 30, Diamondback 32, Vortex 28. A dive maching with dual load stations would be the fastest line in the park. I am all for it. It would go behind Racer and Trail Of Terror, and drop down toward the river and back up. That would be AWESOME!

Hands Up! (Poll)
Hands up the entire ride, every ride!

Intimidator Coasters Review
well... Diamondback's brakes grab twice as hard as Intimidators. And I305 no longer has trims on the airtime hill, just the drop.

Intimidator Coasters Review
Now, on to Intimidator 305! Ride count = 7 We arrive at Kings Dominion around 10:30am Sunday morning. On the way over to I305 I just knew there was going to be a line from heck. We get to the entrance, walk in, and straight to the station. We waited about 30 minutes for the front. This ride is currently my number 1 steel coaster. It is indeed better than MF at Cedar Point IMO. The speed, the transitions, the airtime, the trims ! The trims on the first drop may take away from the speed, but they add something I think. While you are dropping, the train accelerates, when the brakes slow the train, your body wants to continue to free fall. Thus, unexpected air/freefall time. Then, relentless speed! The new restraints are great. I hope they install them on Maverick! This coaster completely exceeded my expectations. We got in line again after our first ride, this time for row 16. Dead last! What a difference! I just can't say enough about the ride, words do not describe how awesome it is. We ended up riding 6 times in a row. 1 in the front and 5 in the back. We went to go ride some other rides, mainly flats we had not been on, ate at the Pizza restaurant, which is 10x's better than our Laroza's crap! KD has deep dish pizza! We went on Volcano as well, which is my favorite launch coaster I think. Came back to ride I305 one more time to get a photo. Then we headed out around 5 or 5:30. Out of the 7 times we went on I305, we BOTH grayed out 4 or 5 times. Of course, we DID ride it 6 times in a row...LOL Also, we only waited 5 minutes for back rows of seats. Intimidator 305 is a fantastic roller coaster, and needs to be ridden by all who dare call themselves a coaster enthusiast. I rate it 15/10.

Intimidator Coasters Review
Tonight I am in a hotel on my way back to Cincinnati, Saturday EARLY morning, I am talking 2 or 3, we head down to Carowinds. It was around noon upon arrival. We do not rush when we take long road trips. I go into the park, my partner heads off to go see a place he went to as a kid. He did join me later that day for a few rides, then we headed to Kings Dominion around 5 pm. First off, When I get to Intimidator, the line is slap full. All the queues were being used. To my surprise, it only took 35 minutes to get to the top of the stairs. Rode in row 16 right side. It was fantastic! Airtime galore! Just like Diamondback in row 16! After that ride, the line was still around 35 minutes so I left and walked around. I needed the South Carolina side of Thunder Road... no wait! AWESOME! It was shockingly smooth in the front! ink Then headed back to Intimidator. Got in line, this time it was between 20 and 30 minutes to the top of the stairs. AS the train rounded the bend to the station, I noticed that 2 queues were being used. The line has shrunk to a 10 minute wait by the time I got through and rode. I rode it 6 more times, bring me up to 9 at this point. My partner had returned, and he rode with me for my 10th ride, here we waited 20 minutes. Then we headed to Afterburn for more B&M love, then we headed out as mentioned above. SO, that being said, here is what I think about the ride... The first thing I noticed, was that it didn't shudder like Diamondback. The bottom of the drops are more spacious, and graceful. The banked turn on the second hill was amazing! The first trim was off, the turnaround was not as forceful as Diamondback's. The next trimmed hill was being used, but it was more subtle than Diamondback's, almost to the point of not feeling them. After the MCRB, the turn was pretty cool, in the back it kind of whipped you over each hill. Overall, I love the fact that it was so smooth, graceful, and full of airtime. I think it is just as good as Diamondback. 10/10:D Rides = 10 Will talk about I305 later......

Diamondback Ride #1000
My goal is 700 by the end of the season. I am in no hurry either. I have it written down somewhere, but I think I am at 657.
