  1. Id like a nice B&M floorless. Then lets just spend the rest on little park improvements. Add a nice little lake. Add a lot of scenery. Maybe a couple nice flats.
  2. KK also got hit by lightning and is closed down. It won't run right.
  3. Ty, good job! I, for one, love your photos!
  4. About the going to row 2 to avoid the crowds, that's a great ides. Personaly, my favorite seat is 1-4, it also barely has a wait.
  5. I only ride coasters? I'm confused. Rip Cord and Skyflier are sky coasters. I think that's what he is talking about.
  6. Actually, Kings Island owns less. That number was before some land was sold for GWL. I'm not sure what the current acreage is. Nope. That's after GWL.
  7. ....AE sucks... Im just messin' with ya' Paul.
  8. Whats live from ok?
  9. No Limits is the best, but it does take a while to get the hang of it. Roller Coaster Tycoon would be the easiest.
  10. The thing about Kings Island is that they boxed themselves in. They can expand, but it would be tough.
  11. Actually your wrong. Tower Johnny was 18 and he was drunk. He feel off the 50ft platform and was struck by the elevators counter weight. They never put the cables by The Beast. Now in the case of it being haunted, I do believe him. I have had my own experiences on The Beast going through the second tunnel and also on the Eiffel Tower.
  12. Drop Tower hands down.
  13. They own 775 acres but only use about 364 of that.
  14. I cracked up when I read that!
  15. I submitted my ride warrior story.
  16. Firehawk goes 51 miles per hour, Diamondback goes 80 miles per hour. So, really, he was correct.
  17. What's next? Don Helbig posting here asking when the park opens? Richard Kinzel asking what the employee benifits are?
  18. That means bare metal in between pieces of track? Which you really don't notice until on the ride. These are two small spots. Some are worse, and I believe the touch ups will be done if not already. But I was a little surprised to see it still not done after opening day. Thats from the trains going over the track, I think.
  19. It's only about a 20 minute wait now.
  20. I just remember seeing the quarter flying slo-mo in the air and me reaching with both hands to grab it.. It was amazing.. But then in the splashdown i almost dropped it.. haha. But i still have it You didn't have to change it! I was just messin' with ya'!
  21. Where exactly do you expect said longest wooden roller coaster to go at KI? KI already had the opportunity to surpass The Beast with SOB. I say it's extremely unlikely. They actually have a lot of land left. They could make it a terrain coaster, and a great one at that! As if we don't have a coaster that already does that? But we could have another one!
  22. I am sorry you had a bad day at the park. Kings Island is becoming more "trashy" and the employees don't seem to care at all. I love Kings Island but if this keeps up, im leaving.
  23. Not in my book. Adventure Express is what I consider a steel coaster, mine train type... But it's supports are made of wood and the track is steel.
  24. AE is a hybrid, right?
