About Me

I am a wooden coaster enthusiast who has a passion for the classics.  My profile name was inspired by my first wooden coaster, the now defunct Screechin' Eagle from Americana Amusement Park in Middletown, Ohio.  I have worked at a handful of parks, most notably Kings Island at The Beast in 2009 and 2011, as well as Dollywood at Tennessee Tornado and Blazing Fury in 2012.  When I'm not at amusement parks, I also love to spend time enjoying nature, and my life's work is teaching science.

Here is a list of my top favorites.
