I'd like to see the entrance moved to i Street between the frozen yogurt place and the candy store. Make a run down theater facade and reboot Phantom Theater as a Curse of Datk Kastle type ride.

To Maverick, Many of the Phantom Theater props pop up during Haunt. Slaughterhouse had the fireplace from the last scene last year and some of Crates from the "prop room" appeared in The Beast Queue. Keep an eye open, they could appear anywhere.

It just needs some sprucing up for now. I think the team that work on "the shed" would do a wonderful job of moving AE into the modern age...

The rain is supposed to drag into the weekend too. What a terrible way to end the season. I hope the rain scales itself back so that those attending the park's last summer days can have some fun.

I love them both equally, however, this year I'm leaning towards Winterfest, I suppose because it's something new to do. I really want to see them hit this event out of the park..... I have faith that they will do just that!

Ok.... I'm intrigued about the shed.... How about three sequences.... Each song sequence plays like a warped record disk. Holly Jolly Christmas Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Silent Night Video Sequences: Mutant Reindeer Abominable Snowman and of course Krampus (MDMC01 can cover his eyes if this one pops up.... )

In a word. Nope, I'll stick with my $90 pass. I've got all summer to ride what I want to ride. If the lines get slower, I won't be in them.

Idk. If you look closely at the image, it looks like rust along the seam. Plus it looks as if it might have been spot welded along a stress fracture to me.

One complete row of seats detached at the bottom of the arc and others fell out as the ride continued to arc upwards.

There is a video, but I won't post it here, it's very graphic. The ride is a swing type ride wher the rideers face each other. Apparently the seating fell apart. So horrific.

I would think that if there was going to be something major, you'd at least see flags or areas being soil tested. Also the past few years an announcement has come in mid-august so if something is going to happen I'd look to mid-august at a minimum. There is no guarantee.... just a hunch.

Ugh... probably another simulator ride. I'll pass.

Apparently it will be expanded at least into Coney Mall for the Reindeer Games. Maybe they will utilize the woods around Dinosaurs Alive for a winter walk through!
