Has anyone heard from the park if their track has shipped yet? I heard that it probably wouldn't be until the end of the month (I know there is rest of today and tomorrow), but the guy I talked to did say he was having a hard time hearing me... I just hope he copied my information down correctly.

Looks like everyone had a lot of fun. Didn't realize Don had set up a back stage tour of The Beast. I'll have to go next year if something similar comes up.

I wouldn't say stand up but about ten years ago, I saw someone come pretty close to it on The Beast.

I may not be WindSeeker's biggest fan, but I do like it's light show, and would be sad to see that leave.

I'm not sure how much this adds to the problem, but Kings Island always seems to have discounted single day tickets to haunt. If it was full price, it might help with the crowding a bit.

I would freeze. I couldn't even imagine.

Especially when it's 99¢ for 44oz.

Was Kings Island the only Cedar Fair park to receive Coke Freestyle? Those machines can't be cheap, especially for only one year across five parks (if Cedar Fair were to sign a contract with Pepsi).

Just posting this small update from Facebook. Someone asked if pieces of SOB were available, and KI replied back: Looks like they are out of wood. Was still hoping that some pictures would have been posted by the end of last week.

I was thinking the same thing! I would of liked to known what part of the ride the track/wood came from. But Im not arguing, Im just pleased the park did this for the coasters fans! Couldn't agree more with this statement. While I think it'd be interesting to know (or at least the general area, such as drop, rosebowl, old loop), I won't complain. I'm happy enough knowing that sometime soon, a piece of Sonny will be hanging above my computer. (Speaking of which, I cannot wait to find out when this will ship. I hope real soon!)

Not saying I would ruin the plaque to change it, but if I can pop it off without damaging the plaque or the old picture, I would love to have a picture of the loop in there.

I'm hoping the pictures on the plaque can be swapped out. I would love a picture of the loop on the right.

So about five minutes after I complained of not being able to get through, I got through. Was told they are making them as the orders come in, and I will receive a phone call when it ships. I wish I would have asked approximately how long the track will take to ship. Maybe someone else here on these forms asked and would like to share?

Don, are these mailed, or picked up at the park? If its pickup, how soon will they be available, and when do we have to have them picked up by? (For us who live a couple hours from the park). I think I'm going for the track piece.

I have a six inch piece of track from a certain roller coaster hanging on my wall. It's been there for a little over five years. I love SOB, and I would love to own six inch piece of its track.

The removal did make room for Backlot Stunt Coaster.

Same issue here. Flash works on some sites, but not all. There's a discussion thread going on about this on one of the websites I frequently visit, and no one has a fix yet. Some have said to try the Chrome Browser.

I love the Columbus Zoo. I can't wait to see this area once completed. I just wish we still had white tigers.

I think they're pushing just a tad to find a way to label this as a "world record"...
