  1. No idea, but thank you for helping us out by doing that. It is greatly appreciated!
  2. Just look at it this way, there is now only two HUSS Giant Frisbees in the world. And there both in Ohio. We rock.
  3. More notes: The photo gallery has been moved to photos.pkicentral.com for a shorter URL for linking.
  4. I have made the decision to make both the Green Room (off-topic discussion) as long as the Battle Room (Our very lightly moderated forum) to members only. Reason being that I don't want some of the stuff in that occurs in the Battle room to show up on the main board. All the more reason to register, its quick, easy, and free!
  5. Hey, it could be worse. Pop-ups come to mind? Thanks to all those who have clicked them! We really appreciate it and so do the advertisers!
  6. That was in the History Videos, which is not done.
  7. Oh, there gonna love this next thing I got...
  8. Yes.
  9. The "Save The Flyers" shirts sold pretty well, but those were non-profit. There is definitely room for more sales!
  10. We get to know information and little do-hickies before alot of other people. Such as last rides on Flyers and last rides on Beast. We received the Italian Job traffic ticket (Only us and Coasterbuzz received one) and other little small things. EDIT: I got a new script written in PHP that tells you to the second how much longer it is until opening day 2005. See what suggesting something gets you? Thanks!
  11. Coasterbuzz has only sold two in the entire time they have been up. Both are believed to be part of a joke.
  12. I would first like to go over the menu. The menu is scripted in DHTML and is composed of two files. One file is around 20kb and it works as the engine for it. If your in Internet Explorer, thats what controls the cool fading in and out. If your in Firefox, it does nothing more than just show up. The other file controls the items and URLs. It is around 8kb. Both files get saved onto your computer for faster and smoother loading time and operation. Now the problem with this is when I go to add something to the menu, you will need refresh your offline files. Now, you see the little PKICentral logo next to our ads? That is dynamic and will change when a edit has occurred to the menu and you will need to refresh your files. How do you refresh your files? In both IE and FireFox you hit F5 on your keyboard. This will reload every single file/image on whatever page your looking at rather than calling it up from your Temporary Internet Files. You may have noticed our flashy new ads. Google ads were not making as much money as we needed to balance cost and gains. So we have instituted Fastclick ads for the site. And Google ads have been added to the forums. Don't worry, we will stick to our no-pop ups policy. The member toolbar for the forums although does have pop-ups. You will receive a pop-up on your entrance page to the site notifying you that you have a Private Message. You may have noticed that not all the content is up yet such as editorials and history. The reason behind it is that I gave myself a deadline of Sat. night and that we were gong to go up no-matter what. The history section however, will be redone and easier to navigate. The intro to the site was done by Klockster as alittle something to welcome the first users to V3. He also did the Italian Job Skin buttons. So a round of applause for him. Keep coming back as we are not even close to being done, PKICv3 has just begun...
  13. It's on your toolbar at the tp of your page. If you still cant find it, click here. http://www.pkicentral.com/forums/index.php...=UserCP&CODE=00

  16. Construction Photo Gallery POV Video Webcam... not up yet.
  17. If you had the same name on both PKIC and PKIU your post count has already been added.
  18. It didn't get erased. What was your PKIU username?
  19. I can do, and this brings up another point. You have to have had the same username for your posts to be added. You had 1096 post to be exact.
  20. After a strenuously two and a half weeks of programming, JJ from Nexigen and myself have been writing a program to merge two IPS forums. Well we tested it and fixed the glitches. Now you can obviously see all those glitches have been fixed and the forums are now up and running at 100%. Including the infamous time glitch. I spent my Thanksgiving writing another code to automatically recount everyones post count. This code was trained to go into the database and count every single post you actually have on the boards. For example, if you have made 20 posts, and 8 have been deleted, your total post count now is 12. Now for you PKIC/PKIU people, the example above goes for you too, but the actually PKIC and actually PKIU posts were added together. In the process we had to move PKIU to Nexigen servers to keep it all local on one server. This prevented timeouts that would have occurred. We also had to change some databases around to accommodate the program. Due to the way PKIU the site was written by Aaron, (hard coded), the site could not be saved, but have no worry, the content from PKIU will be re merging soon in a different form.
  21. Aaron hasn't even changed the name servers yet... A plan has been established for PKIU now. So keep checking back for updates.
  22. Have no fear the Great Dane is here. I have wrote another program that will automatically recount all the post counts.

  25. I did not add the spell check since it seemed the people who needed to use it weren't. I have downloaded a extension for IE that adds a spell checker in your browser for you. You can get it at http://www.iespell.com/ There is also one for FireFox: http://spellbound.sourceforge.net/install.html
