Some of my best memories are from the days that we spent at KI and going to HB land for the day. The huge play set/gym I remember being about where the water/slime zone is now. I also rememeber when they moved the giant slide from Coney Mall to HB Land. Does anyone remember the Puppet Tree? The huge tree who's vest opened up to become a puppet stage? I wish that my kids could have enjoyed all of that, but we are really looking forward to the new kids' area this year (2006)

IJST is really great for families. My 9 year old daughter and I think it's a lot of fun. She was really excited about experiencing a "launched" coaster. It is NOT in any way, shape or form a thrill ride. As many others have done before, I would compare it to Adventure Express. We rode it twice in one day this season and only waited 30 min the first time and 10 min the second. If the line was longer than 30-45 min I would most likely go do something else. I would like to know if anyone else got lightheaded at the top of the spiral? I'm not prone to motion sickness and have only gotten sick on a ride 2 times in my 33 years. I did get really light headed though and it felt like I might pass out. Kinda wierd huh!?

No, the Gold Pass parking area is near the middle of the parking lot on the south side. If you have parking included with your Gold pass you won't need to pay anything. If not, you just pay the $9 and then you can still park in the Gold lot. I find that it is probably one of my favorite perks of having a gold pass. Especially on really busy days.

I don't mind the big ferris wheels where you are enclosed in a gondola, but the old ones like KI had years ago sacre me. I don't like the fact that if someone stupid rocks their seat hard enough, they could flip it over and while falling, knock you out of your own seat. I saw this happen once and it was horrible. The guy who caused the whole thing was the only one who didn't die or get hurt. I would love for PKI to get one the big ones that I mentioned first. That would be nice.
