Could Infinity Flyers replace current Millennium Flyers?
First off, why would they even do that? PTC is still in business and can easily get the park parts it needs for PTC trains. Second, if that ever happens, it would most likely happen to Mystic Timbers. And finally, if they ever replace PTC trains on Racer and The Beast, it would completely ruin the ride experience for me period.

Possibility of another 200ft+ Coaster
- Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
Really dumb idea, but if the park wanted to run rides at full capacity they could install plex- glass between the seats. lol- Do you think K.I. will return Phantom Theater in the 50th?
Why sad organ noises?- Do you think K.I. will return Phantom Theater in the 50th?
Ya know, with all thats going on with COVID, I would imagine that if the park was wanting to add something new that is cost cheap, they could redo Boo Blasters and make it themed to the Phantom Theater again. I think that they should keep the blasters because riding around the same old track just looking at stuff gets pretty old. If they upgraded the blasters and re-themed the track to Phantom Theater, they could have something new AND bring back another former attraction. Thinking about it some more, there is an issue with haunted houses. If you keep the same old haunted lineup, after awhile the public loses interest and ridership goes down. They have to change it up every so often or else people will stop going to it. Just thinking to myself...- Kings Island Audio Archive
I just got SLAMMED with flashbacks and nostalgia the second I started listening to the SDATHC soundtracks.- Another long lost proposed Kings Island Wooden coaster!
$10 says this is the RMC that's going in.- Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
I would imagine they would try to do what other places (not amusement parks) are doing. Temperature checks before and after shifts, required face masks for employees, gloves and other necessary PPE, things like that. It is extremely hard to slow the spread of a virus, but you can take steps to slow it and reduce the risk of infection. Thinking about it, there are two things that the park could do. One, they could install ionizers in indoor locations like the buildings on IS, Boo Blasters, FoF, Coney BBQ, you get the idea. The second thing they could do is use UV lights to quickly disinfect areas like lap bars and seat belts and railings, things along those lines.- Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
Well, look on the bright side everyone. Ohio is beginning to re-open (slowly, which for the most part is good). And I personally think that Kings Island will open sometime in June. Noticing the discussion, nothing is 100% safe, especially in amusement parks. Kings Island does a fantastic job of keeping riders safe and up keeping the rides themselves. There hasn't been a major accident at the park since 2009. Going on 11 years without major complications. That's good. But this doesn't mean that you couldn't get hurt. If you look at the ride safety signs, the fine print specifically says that when you enter a ride, you assume the risks that come with it. There is that possibility that something goes wrong and you could get hurt. But luckily incidents like that aren't very commonplace (to my knowledge).- Haunt 2020 thread
Guys, guys, guys! Brand recognition, remember?! We need a Haunt themed to Missouri Jane!- FIFTY years????
Ok my guesses now are either the canopy that was over along the log flume OR the car barn for the trains.- FIFTY years????
Was is the scenery around the RR track such as the Old Fort and the town by the storage barns?- KI Employee Questions
Ok thanks lol. Just wondering- KI Employee Questions
I have a question for anyone who has operated Vortex (maybe @VortexBFForever can answer): Was the mid-course brake run capable of stopping a train? If so, could the train make it to the brake run from there?- Orion Construction Photos
I honestly wouldn't. The original SoB didn't interact with with any other rides (that I know of; can we fact check that?). Looking at a google maps image, it looks like a new coaster using the SoB station would HAVE to somewhat interact with Banshee (at least the back end towards The Bat). If they wanted to, they could even tap into WCS land as well.- Area 72
We already have that with AZ.- Orion Construction Photos
This may not be the right thread to say this, but I am pretty sure one of the reasons that SoB was demolished instead of SBNO (for a while) was that there was a lot of structural flaws in the ride and it would have been way cheaper to demolish it rather than keep it standing, replace parts of the structure that are bad, and have RMC convert it. It doesn't seem very wise to RMC convert a ride that is prone to intensive structural flaws. But on the plus side, I 100% agree that it would be awesome! Thinking about it I would kinda like to see a 200ft+ RMC come to the park. If possible, use SoB's original station and try to keep its original layout. I know that it's impossible with Banshee occupying a great deal of SoB's land, but I would imagine they would move it further back so the majority of the ride is behind Banshee.- Would you be willing to visit Kings Island more often or for longer periods if they offered pet kennels on site?

I think we can all agree that the first drop and the first hill are going to be the most intense parts of the ride.- FIFTY years????
OMG I can't believe I got those confused That's what I meant.- FIFTY years????
The park posted yesterday a picture of Woodstock Whirlybirds when it was the Scooby Doo and it was painted yellow.- Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
I agree. I really do think that if the state is slowly beginning to re-open, the parks will follow as soon as they are able to.- Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
I bet at the rate that it's going, 1st and 2nd degree burns are going to see an increase.- KI Employee Questions
Alrighty here's another question (idk if you can answer this but tell if you can): How early do most employees have to arrive and how late do they spend at the park after closing? I'm just wondering how early and how late most people stay there. - Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
