Interesting note on this podcast, at one point Barry mentions that KI is a "great park" and is celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, and mentions that they will be celebrating that this year (paraphrasing). Think about it. Why would he be mentioning the 50th anniversary and how they are planning on celebrating it this year? Those details would not be known from an actor/podcaster unless something was in the works. I'd bet anyone a blue ice cream cone that they will have some sort of Brady-themed celebration at some point this year with some of the actors. You heard it here first

I can't wait to see this in person. I love The Beast, but this coaster IMO is the most culturally significant coaster still in operation. So happy to see KI give it the treatment it deserves.

Disregard. This reply was intended for the "they probably deserve" comment which really hit a nerve with me. Not telling anyone what to do, just a prudent middle ground. Or something. I'll take my 2 cents back and exit the conversation.

If you are talking just the ride itself - FOF hands down. Wonderful ride and theming and is in my top 3 in the park overall. But if we're talking overall experience and you factor in the lousy "premier rides" capacity with that experience, that's another story.

Earlier in the season, I recall stories of very long lines even with FL+. With the weekends being so busy all year, I was curious if that was the case? I would hate to buy them only to end up waiting 30+ minutes for the more popular rides. We can’t make it out as much as we'd like but would consider this option, but don't want to buy them if they are over sold. Since it seems to be a busy year I thought I’d ask.

I bought a relatively large amount around April (?) of last year when it tanked and hit a 52W low. I am a very happy investor in FUN and am holding it as I think it will continue to climb.

Mystic is the most addictive coaster I've ever ridden. I could marathon that all day. Orion being a close 2nd.

Congo Falls. Never a line and feels great on a hot summer day. I'd vote WWC if it weren't for the usual long lines on busy summer days. Capacity and average wait time is more important to me than most.

I would be shocked if they didn't re-track a large portion of this before next year, the 50th season and all that.

Has the heat today caused less attendance? Curious how that would affect the park...nearing 90 out there.

Anyone know if they still have those $5 "spin the wheel and get a front row pass to a coaster" thingies? I recall seeing them around Action Zone a couple years back.

"Suspect information will be presented to Warren County Juvenile Court for charges. Further investigations are being conducted to identify others responsible, according to the city of Mason Assistant City Manager Jennifer Heft said five people have been identified as of late Tuesday afternoon, and that there may be more because the investigation is ongoing." IMO the park should charge any and all of these stupid kids to the fullest extent. I feel that would go a long way.

It is a lot easier to be conservative with operating hours, then expand as needed as the summer progresses. I am hoping this to be the case.

Nothing beats the fountains on IS right when you enter and dodge the "paparazzi". It is the sense of "you've just left the real world. Enjoy the day."
