I was looking at the updated models as well. Most if not all states are trending to much sooner peaks. Most of the peaks are looking to be much lower numbers as well. This will be a very important week for the numbers. Keep up the social distancing everyone!!!

It does appear that Disney is eyeing June 1 for their re-open date for World and Land in the US. They have a new offer for those affected by the closure to rebook between June 1 and September 30, and receive a free dining plan in Florida and discounted Hotel Rates in California. Now, of course, the reopen will be subject to the virus and how things are at that point, but if they are able, I could see re-openings in Florida and California in mid-late May.

Universal Florida and California just extended park closures through April 19.

Indiana has just extended school closures until May 1 (at least). Closures were originally until April 13.

Disney is closing all Disney Springs Disney owned stores tomorrow (March 17), stopping all Disney transportation (March 18), and closing all resort hotel Friday (March 20) at 5 pm.

Looking at the Kings Island website, all I see is "packages coming soon". The main difference is that at Cedar Point, you were booking a Cedar Point owned hotel (I'm guessing?) Kings Island does not have any of their own hotels. The only option (possibly) for a package is if the Great Wolf Lodge has a package deal.

Plants V. Zombies would actually fit quite well in the old Days of Thunder building. It was a blast a Carowinds and I'd love to have it at KI!

We went in late May and early July. We enjoyed it. It was much better in July. Not as long of lines of people waiting on food to be cooked. We really enjoyed the stromboli. One other small thing we really enjoyed at CP was the option on the dining plan of having a cup of fruit instead of fries all the time. And, yes, Backbeat is amazing all the time!

I would love to see an eatery similar to Hugo's at Cedar Point. The Italian food option (other than just pizza) adds some nice variety.
