Nobody said they had to pay us anything for something. But, I also dont really consider that article "news". Lol So, how would you feel if you took a really, really good picture, then all of a sudden, someone else is claiming it to be theirs? How would that make you feel? Kinda same concept, and again, a "what if" situation. I only like to be credited so people know that I took the picture. Not for any monetary gain.

Too bad that @thoe124 and I didnt get credit for it. But, maybe that's not a bad thing. @ohiocoasterfan That is definitely not me. Lol

Don't let the fake news overhype something. Only trust things you can verify. Such as flyover pictures, undoctored land clearing pictures, and anything official from the park. People overhype themselves.

The wife, kids and myself would have stayed longer yesterday if it wasnt so crowded.

I seriously doubt this project will get put on hold. Primarily because of the Notice of Commencement, and because of the massive clearing that has started.

When you fly over the park once a week just because. I mean, what....

The only things we know for a fact now are The rough size of the clearing, with my aerial pictures and in-park pictures. That B&M is indeed working with CF and KI on a project between 2017, and 2020. Anything past that is still speculation.

We try to get up once a week. Once every two weeks at the latest. Weather is a huge factor. I'm going to start making a status message on my profile the second we go up in the air. So, follow me if you want to know before the pics are posted.

I am a landscaper. I ALWAYS clean up the area I am working on/around before I move farther away from that area. And having the area clear would allow easier access for excavators/skid loaders/forestry equipment/etc.

Again, some are weird. Yukon Striker has a higher drop than lift hill height, so I assume they use the drop total on it.

I know Diamondback is listed as 230 feet tall by Kings Island. That means from the stationary ground elevation to the top of the lift hill. One can only assume they list all their heights that way. Now that you edited you other post, yes. From ground to top of lift hil.
