Just wanted to let you know that our Merchandise Department is hosting a sale starting today (July 29) and running through Sunday, August 1. There is a tent set up in the Boomerang Bay parking lot, near the Season Pass entrance. Here's the scoop:

Hours: 1 - 8 p.m.

Contents: Lots of PKI name, ride and HB merchandise - apparel, glassware, gifts, plush, etc.

Sale: Everything is under $10 and up to 75% off

It's a pretty cool deal, and they have some really neat stuff! Check it out if you're in this neck of the woods.

I have had my eye on some merch, which I thought was priced fairly anyway, but if you're going to twist my arm and force me to pay less than $10 for everything.... I guess I have to.

Today on 7/31 I drove to PKI alone (not fun) to shop at the event. I was disappointed that there weren't any size Medium shirts left - only small, large, and extra-large.

However, I was thrilled to see Hanna-Barbera and PKI key chains, PKI playing cards, and PKI paper weight being sold for $1.00!!!! I spent $20 on a mixture of these items to bring to Japan as gifts.

Holy! I hit that sale big time yesterday after my COney Island trip. I had a chat with 3 ACErs there inside the tent too.

I got:

Not bad at all! only $20 bucks. I got the face/off light keychain and one of the SOB bottle openers free with each $10 purchase!
