They’re getting ready to add additional parks to their portfolio after they purchase some from the fire sale Six Flags will be having post merger. :P

I’m sure there are a few parks SEAS wouldn’t mind acquiring from either FUN or SIX.

Smart move.

Weird move to make in 2024 instead of 2014, but as long as this helps the chain move forward...

That is the most generic name for an amusement park brand I've ever heard in my life.

According to the article, the individual parks will retain their names. This is just a name for the holding company.

Perhaps a change will come in the future.  Or not.
