I agree with tggr, most people on here are being ridiculous. All parks copy eachother in one way or another. Let me guess, every park with a ferris wheel is copying eachother?

When they say that Racer started the second coaster interest, wouldn't that mean other parks copied the idea to start building coasters again.

I see his logic though. If KI restarted the golden age of coasters, then by the logic presented on this board, everyone whom built a coaster after that (especially racing) is copying.

You can't compare one waterpark to the other. CP's was built as a part of a hotel and only registered guests of the hotel can go there. PKI's is in the park. Two totally different things. And, no, I don't think that CP is copying PKI. Like I said, anyone park that has a carousel, ferris wheel, antique cars, mine train coasters are all copying eachother because another park had it first. It's not like they copied a coaster. Beleive me, they won't be buying anything like the IJ:ST. You people are being ridiculous. I'll bet you that CP will not install anything next year with theming. That is not their thing. The only coaster with a real theme is Dragster.

I agree. CP's waterpark is an upcharge as a park guest. I would never pay extra to go to the waterpark area.

Just to add to that, PKI ripped off Geauga Lake by installing a water park. I'm not talking about GL's new water park either. It is my undersatnding that GL was one of the first parks to have a water park.

Yes finlly CP is getting a flat ride. It has been seven years sence Cp got a new flat ride.

And to me yes Mantis is to me a little painfull in the leg department. The feelling I get on Manits is like nothng else I ever felt on a coast. Just the way were standing up, high above the track.

IMO, Cedar Point is better than Kings Island.

Kings Island's roller coasters and thrill rides aren't as fun to me as they were a year or two ago. People are demanding higher and faster, Cedar Point is offering that, Kings Island is not.

I would rather drive three hours to Cedar Point, than an hour to Kings Island.

I don't really find a point to talking about CP's MaXair, we have our own and we can just talk about it. Though MaXair will be a good ride. What bugs me is the CP fans saying stuff like, "Did anyone else notice that were not getting a record breaker!"

Why does Kinga Ka have to look like Top Thrill Dragster? The break run on KK is very short. Your really going to get a jerk from that sort break run.
