Viacom to sell parks?

Well I know some of you may have seen this on other sites, but I figured I'd post it here to see what all of you thought. It seems that Viacom is considereing selling it's parks division. In my eyes, I don't have any clue why they would do this. I'm no economy expert, but I would think that the parks are one of Viacom's greatest source of profit.

So what do you all think? Do you think the sell will even go through? If so, how do you think the park will change?
