Your not kidding, the prizes are seriously worth building for ohmy.gif Now all I have to do is go out and buy Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 laugh.gif

So do you have to pay to join if you are not a member of their site? Cause they say you need $10 to join their site, and you must be a member on their site to participate.

the 10 buck signup is fort he Coaster Crew, not the Coaster-Net Forums. Trust me on this, I'm on staff at Coaster-Net.

One of the prizes is a member ship to the Coaster Crew.

I might do it but first i have to buy RCT3. Is it better than RCT2?

Yes A whole lot better. cool.gif

I hate RCT3 it really isnt worth the pain that it brings! RCT2 is better in my opinion.

Too bad my PC can't run RCT3! laugh.gif and my next computer won't run RCT2 either!

Don - without an emulator - your next computer won't even run RCT1! rolleyes.gif

I have RCT1 on my ancient P1 PC. My real computer is an iBook - but I just use the PC for RCT. I can't upgrade it as the mother board wont allow upgrades, and the ram is EDO ram! laugh.gif Down the road I might buy a new-to-me PC just to run RCT3. Personally, I think PCs are trash, and Macintosh is the only way to go. I had to choose over having a good computer and playing RCT - and I chose having a good computer.

No amount of arguing with me can change my opinion on PCs running Windows (some PCs running Linux/Unix are ok, and of course SGI kicks ass!). And I say anybody who will fight to the death over their point that Macintosh sucks has never used one long enough - and is just repeating what he has heard from others - and is not worth arguing with. ph34r.giflaugh.gif

But what if the Haunted Hill guy enters, well, his Haunted Hill coaster...don't you think that one ride could kick anyone's as...butt.

You have to make 3 coasters to win. There are 3 rounds, and each round more people are cut. Also, each round has different set of goals for your ride.

Oh yeah, I'm signed up!

I just got it so i doubt i will win. Do you have to build a whole park. Or can u just use the sandbox editor.
