i interviewed for a job on saturday at the job fair, and i asked how the contruction was going and my interviewer said that it was behind but that they were getting there.

The pole with the several arms, one would assume that to be the Center of the Parking Garage.

Ha... that reminds me of my old idea (you can pitch it to the park, but I want credit) of having everyone take an IQ test upon entering the park, if you get below a 70, then you have to stay in HBL.

Haha, then HBL would have the kids AND the idiot guests. I wouldn't want to work THERE!
