January 21, 200521 yr PKI.com has started posting updates of the Italian Job Stunt Track on there website PKI.com. Click here to view the photos. Thanks to "Skippy" for contributing this news.
January 21, 200521 yr It is good that pki is puting up pics but here on PKIC it's nothing we have not seen.
January 22, 200521 yr No the park has not released the length of the ride yet. I believe the steel in foundation_1 is for the station structure. I was not on the construction tour, so I do not know for sure, but that is what I heard someone on these boards say.
January 24, 200521 yr Yea I just hope they have another tour when there is more of the ride completed.
January 24, 200521 yr They won't, as stated before they do this as something to stop at on the way to No Coaster Con in the Winter. The park opens in less than 3 months you'll see it than, and I'm sure employees can snap pictures when we go in for training in mid-March.
January 24, 200521 yr The park opens in 11 weeks. They have a lot to get done on this ride in that amount of time. While there will not be any more construction tours, the park will now hopefully keep us up to speed on their website, sine full construction is now well underway!
January 24, 200521 yr I went to the tour and Jeff said that the park would have another tour sometime before the park opens.
January 24, 200521 yr I hope so. If they decide to, maybe I could try to attend it as long as it doesn't interfere with school. (hehe, I'm actually typing up this reply in one of my school's graphics labs during English class, but, oh well.)
January 24, 200521 yr "Yeah, i still can't figure out what Foundation1.jpg is." It's the station. The splashdown pool will be located just in front of it. If you look closely, you will see concrete pilings located infront of it. The ground is dug out deeply in front of it, and although you cannot tell from that perspective, the pilings will support the walkway overneath that takes guests to the loading station. Shaggy
January 24, 200521 yr Ahaha! Thanks for straightening that out. I've never been good with things like that.
