Hi all,

I was wondering if I could get some help from a few of either the natives or habitual outside visitors to PKI could help us out ith a slight problem.

We know that we're stayinga t the Kings Island Resort and Conference Center...but we're having trouble getting transportation from Cincinatti International Airport to the resort. Anyone have any suggestions?

Cincinnati Metro Bus?

We actually considered that for a bit, but since we're arriving aound 12 midnight to the park, the line that goes express to PKI is just out of the question according to the Metro's website...but thanks for the suggestion!

A taxi, they stay open late I think because of bars and stuff.

As far as I know your only options are a taxi or renting a car. Personally, I don't advise driving in a place you don't know after Midnight in the dark. Hence, the taxi seems like your best bet.

Last time someone like you asked this problem. There seriously was a deal worked out between the people and a member on this board.

Klockster offered, I know him personally, hes a great and trustworthy person. And cheaper than any taxi.

I think the airport has a 24 hour taxi cab service, Im sure someone can get you to KI resort. Have fun.

In my opinion, the taxi would be your best bet. I would not stay at the

Kings Island resort(not connected with paramount). I have stayed there before

and came in to my room after housekeeping and found a dead insect on the

bathroom floor. My suggestion is to stay at the hampton inn on beach boulevard

which is 1/4 mile from the park. The hotel is extremely clean, excellent hotel

facilities,very nice pool. Each morning there is a fresh hot breakfast. Included

with room rate.

Does the resort offer, free shuttles back and forth from the Airport? Well maybe not considering the Airport isn't even in Cincinnati LOL.

The Kings Island resort does not have airport shuttle service. Have a nice day.

Is this the airport in Covington? (CVG)?

The resort does not offer shuttle service to or from any airport. You would

have to secure a taxi or another form of transportation.

I would take up Klockster on the offer, it would be less stress, safer than a cab, cheaper than a cab...

Then again, i am the girl that went downtown and talked to a black person and got pointed out for definately not being from Cincinnati or the north.

BTW its the Northern Kentucky Cincinnati Airport, im pretty sure of that one
