It seems to me that they attached catwalks to that piece of track laying on the ground.

They've added something to it for sure.  That makes more sense than what I thought (that they had wrapped it in something)

Here are my pics from yesterday. Didnt take any professional camera up. Just with my S9+. Plus, was a little bumpy. Watermarked because some people. And these definitely are "exclusive".

Did anyone else see smoke coming from the transfer station? Maybe it was dust from a car driving by or something but looked like smoke..

So. Just curious,  how manny different cranes were used to assemble DB and Fury?

Dust for sure.  It happens all day long when something passes by.

When setting the lift in place for Fury they had 7 cranes holding different parts before the ride could rest on itself. That was only for the lift though. Less cranes needed for the layout I assume.

Looks like they are about to put the track in place

Looks like they are moving even more track.

dont see it anymore?

Its probably hiding behind the transfer area.

My question is:

since the station piece and transfer piece is up, what part of the ride will they begin putting together next?

most likely the brake run

I'm thinking they will assemble the turn into the station first, then the brake run. Did they do that with Fury or Leviathan?

From the looks of it, it looks like a powered car to find any imperfections in the track, but I may be completely wrong.

That's exactly what it is.

It looks like they're about to assemble the turnaround track now.

yeah both of the pieces are moved and hidden behind the transfer shed

Cedar Fair owns them and just moves them around as needed. They measure the riders clearances and check for anything wrong with the track.
