I will be at the park tonight but I am not gonna get there until around 7 so it may be dark already.

They are under a time crunch and have to work overtime to get the lift topped off before that software update finishes installing.  

Not to mention the "software update" is causing the dining passes not to work cuz they was last used last weekend? Lol

Yeah, 40 degrees less than a perfect 90 degrees.

The lower part of the boom is white. The upper lattice part is red.

The term is "derailments".

A popular element and park staple in my Roller Coaster Tycoon parks. The guests always leave happy! Guests have caught on in my Planet Coaster parks, though. 

I thought the initial 7-10 feet of the drop was nearly straight and more vertical than the following. If so, then the lift hill would be just a little taller than I see in your renderings, which are great. But that first 7 feet is 85 degrees.
