Its def a star / space background. I can't really tell what the actual # is made out of. Looks like a kitchen floor or pavers. lol

Is it me or is there something in the #?  A lot of squares with something in it (a planet or star) we can’t make out, because it’s to fuzzy.

It does look like a QR code... you can make out the boxes in 3 corners.

If someone is able to swing by today with a QR scanner app, it would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately,  I'm not going to make it down till Friday (adulting sucks... lol) and not sure I can wait till then to see if my thought is correct. Hahaha

I can shoot a link around a couple of my channels for more signatures.
