Mystic Timbers employees rude

I don’t disagree with what you say stashua123...

But here’s the deal from an employer position and a customer... it takes one bad employee to ruin everything you are building.

KI does have a different target that WDW. That’s what I mean by prestige. To work at WDW is competitive and “everyone” wants it. So you don’t have to pay top dollar because if someone doesn’t work out because of attitude you can fire them and have 10 people to replace...

KI isn’t pulling people from all over to Work. So you have to raise salaries to ensure there is more people wanting to work there than positions. Then you have to fire the few that are bad.

This helps employees like yourself or friends who enjoy their jobs and like being there.

You go into Skyline and the employee at the counter is super awesome, you have a great impression. If the employee is short or bored etc then you have bad impressions on the rest of your day... no different at KI...
