Merlin would run the park much like CBS did. It would be death by a thousand cuts, and the park would soon be sold again to a new owner, with high debt, who would have to make more cuts.

Or how do you feel about Palace Entertainment/Parques Reunidos? Their the Kennywood owners.

    Palace Entertainment has recently been selling properties...

    They've sold Family Entertainment Centers, not theme parks. There's a difference in the sale.
