Snowman nothing.  I build a snow-lie coaster.  There wasn't enough snow for it this year though.

When you are constantly watching POV videos and coaster music videos, no matter what the park. 

 

I think it's more of a realization that this is a symptom of the off season then a conscious decision, as in: oh, I miss KI, so I'm going to watch POVs and coaster music videos all day... ;it's more like someone might say "He's been watching a lot of POVs lately, I guess he really misses the park", if that makes sense

When you go from cold and snowy to lower 60s and windy in less than a week.

And then 70 and clear the next day.

There is a road that the pattern and angle of the curves always puts me in mind of the section of Beast after the graveyard tunnel.  The funny part is that it has a railroad track and long gradual hill right after, so I always make ARB sounds as if it's lift 2.

You know it's the offseason when a ride on Backlot Stunt Coaster sounds tempting due to the nice weather... I say this because I'm not one to frequent that ride often... 

You know it's off season when... the highlight of your week is on Saturday when KI FB posts how many Saturday's are left until opening day! (And when you annoy your friends by sharing said post every Saturday)

Have another one! You know it's off season when you're measuring your 6 year old weekly with fingers crossed that she makes it to the coveted 48" so she can ride her first "big" coaster this season. (I think it may happen at the very end of the season, probably not before).

Some people hear voices, I hear the glorious RCT2 opening music engraved into my brain. 

When the removal of dirt stirs the masses! 

When I start thinking I should get a job at KI just because visiting one of the interview fairs at the park sounds so tempting.

When it's pothole season. 

When you didn't care what you got for Christmas in December, because you knew that you were going to Kings Island in April.

When park openings are just around the corner

When you have a rollercoaster related dream and wake up sad because you know it'll be a few months before that itch can be scratched

Same here, just woke up from a dream I was on The Beast with a coaster friend. Sad to have woken up.

when You're driving through dense fog and wishing immensely that you were on The Beast instead.

When sitting back in the car, feeling the warm wind, you feel spring coming and that Opening Day is coming.

When your first park and ride of 2016 doesn't happen at Kings Island. Cheetah Hunt at BGT will have to take that position.

When you're racking your brain over filling out a NCAA tourney bracket. 

There should be an off season March madness bracket but instead of basketball teams, it's roller coasters! Maybe that could be a thread lol
