What is crypt's theoretical capacity, I couldn't find it anywhere...but still

Crypt's theoretical capacity was 564 per hour, with 12 cycles per hour. This of course with the capacity of 47 people per ride. As far as TR:TR unsure.

I was on the Rock-O-Spin at Americana when lightening started to strike, the ride worker was so diligent about his duties, he didn't cut the ride short- We spent the entire duration of the ride wondering when we were going to get flash fried.

One nice thing about flat rides is they free up some of the congestion in other lines. I would love to see some classics with a new take. Like take a Zipper but without cages and with Banshee like seats/restraints. A Whip that swings both ways like presented as a concept by www.gordonrides.com. A first-gen Intamin Drop Tower with a loop and magnetic braking. A WindSeeker with inward/outward maybe even rotating seats. A Der'Spinnin Keggers type ride with mini discs of outward facing seats. A Ferris Wheel of extreme nature adding restraints and great speed maybe to the point of inverting. I could go on...

Traver swing, tumble bug, flying coaster, whip, caterpillar, rotor and other rides not seldom seen today.

Great! But that sneaky old double negative snuck in, again! :)

First and foremost a Giant Wheel, KI needs one badly IMO. I would love to see one like they have at Disney's California Adventure.

I want one...but we kinda have an observation tower...But would I love to have one, but I don't see it happening

Btw anyone else have the fear of those tipping, or dropping stuff, ect...Can't stick my arms outside of it with a camera or move around inside, seated, barely moving, just no.

I hate the traditional wheels, but I like the bucket type wheels. Plus any tall attraction is kind of an observation tower view, but it would have some motion to it. I also like the idea of the Disney type wheel/coaster. The one at DA is fun and different.

Bucket wheels are great ^^

I'd like some flats behind the tower to bring more people towards the carousel and along the path between BLSC and Diamondback.

Use the tower gardens for something maybe.. Get some more food stands along those paths aswell.. reopen the old fruit smoothie shack..

This is where I feel is most dead in the park.

Starlight Spectacular, I feel, has had it's run and the only worthwhile additions are the trees with lights and the tower being lit up. Everything else looks tacky and weird.

Didn't another company buy Traver?

I would really honestly like to see a HUSS Enterprise ride like Witches Wheel at Cedar Point installed at Kings Island....

or possibly one of their "Fly Away" models....

HUSS Enterprises are being removed left and right. In fact, Wheelie at Six Flags Over Georgia was removed the end of last season. Kings Island had the long gone Sky Lab. Camden Park's Enterprise had a serious incident years ago and was removed.

However Terp Wheelie at SFOG was not a Huss. It was Schwarzkopf (sp?) and it now lives on nicely at Fun Spot in Orlando. KK's is also being fixed up though I'm unaware of it's manufacturer.

I will say while the Huss ones do come closer to a 90° tilt I enjoy the Schwartzkopf version better.

Bring back "Wheel of Fortune". That was a fun ride!!

Indeed. You win today's cookie. But it's Schwarzkopf. (your first spelling).

Does anyone here know what issue with Skyhawk is?

I really like that ride, but I only have rode it once. I go to Kings Island half of the time and Cedar Point so that is quite a few trips with it down.

Blown Cable Guide Drum/Piston/Cable...I'm guessing cable guide drum as that was the original part w/ the cables that was replaced off season/early season

It's running now one sided (again)...Hopefully by next season she'll be running good. S&S makes very safe reliable rides, and very thrilling..

I have mentioned this in another post. Flat rides, How about Rotor, Bayern Kurve, Der Spinner Kegger.

Haleys Comet, Giant slide....

I'm thinking of something to go where the Tower Gardens sit. Maybe like an Electric Rainbow or something. Sure, it's a little bit amateur, but it's fun.

I want to see a Musik Express or the return of the Bayern Kurve.

But if we get a Musik express, I DON'T want them to use the speed that CP uses for the Super Himalaya. That was boring. The Musik Express at Kennywood is awesome, and easily two or three times faster.

Speaking of Kennywood, I would LOVE to see a flying coaster! (Not to be confused with a flying roller coaster, which we already have and it is entirely different).

For those unfamiliar with the Flying Coaster, here is footage of the only one currently operating in the world:
