Zoombezi Bay has been doing this in their wave pool for several years... it draws a great crowd, and is quite a lot of fun. Good call by KI.

Madagascar is DreamWorks, Happy Feet is Fox, Nemo and Monsters are Disney, ET is Universal and don't know about Jurassic Park.

Madagascar 3 is pretty paramount, but not completely.

In other words, it's distributed by Paramount.

Further details were announced at lunch on KIC Day:

• The first film (this Friday) will start at approx. 9:40pm. It will start slightly earlier each week as dusk arrives sooner.
• The walkway between Kings Island and Soak City will remain open until 10:00pm, as will the KI&MV RR.
• After 10:00pm, guests in the main park must exit via the main gate; those in Soak City must exit via the Soak City gate.
• Soak City will close at 8:00pm as scheduled, but Tidal Wave Bay will be open for the event.

No word on what happens to guests with a locker on the "wrong" side of the park at 10:00pm, or whether Tidal Wave Bay will be open from 8:00pm until the movie starts.

That seems like an awfully long walk back to the car if we have to exit at the Soak City gate. I'm not too thrilled about that part.

Solution: park near the Soak City gate and enter the park there, then take the train to the dry side for the day. If you want to be there early enough for ERT, take 10 or 15 minutes in late morning to move your car from the main area of the lot over to Soak City, then re-enter through the Soak City gate. Problem solved.

Or just walk, you lazy POS.

Plus the Soak City Lot is usually less busy than the main lot.

You can also park a LOT closer to the Soak City gate than you can at the main gate, even if you upgrade to preferred parking at the latter.
