With Halloween Haunt coming up I thought I would find out the funniest thing you KICentral people have seen happen there.

Watching my DB buddies Karen and Darlene getting scared witless.

mine would probably have been everyone of the actors trying to scare my friend and he didnt even flinch

and the dominatrice nearly making me cr@p myself at Club Blood because i wasnt expecting it and not paying attention T_T

It's not that scary, it just catches people off guard.

Two teens walking towards each other both looking down texting. They got closer never looked up and BAM banged right into each other.... Good times.

If I walk and text, I always have one of my buddies walk in front of me and I just hold on to their shoulder as I text, text only feeling the buttons, or just wait till I'm not walking.... lol

I've seen people come through Slaughter House while texting. I let them have it... they're distracted & I can usually get them pretty well. Screaming for help usually works better than texting for help!

last season my sister brought one of her friends along to Halloween Haunt. while we were going through wolf pack her friend grabbed the hoodie i was wearing and dug her face into my back and pushed us so fast through the maze that we had one of the actors stop us and make us wait so we didn't run into the group in front of us. haha

also while standing in line my sister was freaking out before we went inside the maze (after they've grouped you off), the scaractor asked my dad quietly what her name was and he nodded his head. next while walking past her he said, "please stay for dinner, tonight harley is on the menu." the actor didn't get quite the response he was looking for because she stopped freaking out, got really close to his face examining him and asked, "do i know you?" haha

It always amazes me how addicted some people are to texting and their phones that they will carry their phones through the haunts. What is the big deal that you have to tell your friends that instant? It can wait five minutes can`t it? Especially if you just waited in a long line to experience said attraction!

the one haunt i went on that was he longest line was Urgent Scare also im a typical teenage boy (16) and i barely text (i do have friends and i have unlimited text) i just dont feel the need that its so important to text during school and important stuff, it annoys me to

The Club Blood DJ denigrating our leather biker jackets. He kept it up until we were near the end of the ride. Too busy laughing, we were really caught off guard by one of the bungee boys.

when about to enter club blood and the actor asks the 2 12 year olds in front of me what they want to see and 1 kid goes "boobies!" and the whole time in there they kept going hey baby to the actors and when they got out one of the kids says to the other one "man i totally hit on all of them". i was thinking dream on kid your like 12 :-)

Dane and I were going through Curse of the Crypt with Jeffrey Siebert and his two interns Kimberly and Steve one time. Steve kept acting like the big man and making fun of everything. This guy popped out at him and startled him and he screamed like a 10 year old girl. He tried to recover his dignity by patting the scareactor on the back and saying, "Good scare, man. Good scare." lol

I GOT THE JOB AND IT WAS FOR ONE OF THE NEW ATTRACTiOS!

Last week at Halloween Haunt people were sitting on the lap of the fake guy in the electric chair and they were poking it and stuff so just as the person sitting on it started to get up it went off and started getting "electrocuted" well the person sitting on it hit the ground and put her hands on her head untll it stopped. It was hilarious

On the 1st a group of us was walking by the exit of BBoBH and there was like 4 girls and a guy that we was right behind you could tell they were scared. We was walking fast then them and on the was by my brother yelled RUN with an evil voice I swear 2 of the girls peed their pants.

Honestly nothing personal meant by this, but I believe I read your post more times than you did when you wrote it. I'm still not sure I understand it, did you mean: "we were walking faster than the 4 girls"?

Also "and on the was by my brother...." did Steve Martin teach you English?

You're taught basic grammar and spelling in English class for a reason. Please use it.

Although, just to say, one of XGatorHead 8904's edits is incorrect. The first mark should be "was" since "a group" is singular.

hahahah! But yeah coasterfreak, people aren't trying to pick on you. There's a difference between academic English and casual English, and your post was neither. Re-read it to yourself slowly and you'll realize there wasn't a real sentence in there at all. Just re-reading it carefully will reveal many, many mismatched verbs, incorrect spelling, no capitalization, no punctuation, etc... It's something you agreed to when you signed up on the boards, and is more common sense and public etiquette than anything else.

It seems that you are correct. Although since reading your correction I've run my sentence through several grammar checking progams online and most didn't see a problem with it. Only one of them said that it "should probably be the singular 'was'". Then I looked online for the rule and there is much debate on grammar forums (grammar forums? Who knew such a thing existed? But then their members would probably say the same thing about us and our amusement park forums!) about was vs. were in combination with implied plurality and prepositional clauses. But overall, the rules/debates lean slightly in favor of what TombraiderTy says: it should be was.

Let's just say that my head now hurts after reading those debates!
