Jury verdicts are what they are..... You never know what a jury will do, which is why most cases settle.... And remember that the money that will be paid to the plaintiff was held by the insurance company for over three years, while they invested or collected interest on it, which reduces their loss.

October 21, 200916 yr ^Nice avatar update CPer. I wish I had known this was happening last time I was up there. Would have gotten one more ride... Yeah, I changed it *right* before it was confirmed that DD was leaving.
