Last weekend I rode Vortex for the first time in two years and to me it had gotten worse. What could the park possibly do to fix it? I really like getting beat up on wood, but not steel.

I didn't realize it was broke. Heck, it ran fine today. Show me a 15 year old multi-looping Arrow without some roughness then I can tell you what they can do to "fix" it.
