lights on or off

Featured Replies

For anyone who has been on Flight of Fear while the lights were on, is it a better ride with the lights on or the lights off, it seems like it would have a lot of occasions where u think ur gonna loose your head to a support beam and it might add to the ride to see that, right?

Well right now with the lights that are in the building for effects light the ride up enough as it is so you can still see the track. I like how they have it now which I guess would be considered lights out.

i like the ride with the lights how they are don't get me wrong, but i'd like to see what kind of a ride it would be with them on

I'd like to see the lights change, kind of like the effects in the hanger. It would be cool to have a strobe, lights dimming and changing color as you pass, etc.

They wouldn't be able to use strobes all that much because people get sick from them. Now maybe some really cool spot lights situated at the key spots on the ground. And as you hit certain places on the track, different lights come on, showing different areas of the track, that either you've already been on or going towards.

yeah, maybe some other sound and visual effects could pe put in, its a great ride but just like everything else it gets boring, this is a ride they could really mess with for a changing riding experience

I've been on the ride with all the lights on. It was terrible. I also hate the colored lights they have now. You can see you're in a building and it takes away from the whole experience.

Id like to ride it in the dark. I think it would be way better. Or maybe one light, in the middle, like a lighthouse light that spins. Maybe a "warning" light, it could be red or something. Adding to the suspense of the aliens.
