Does Kings Island have any say in what goes into their park or not. Or is it like Cedar Fair says "Don this is what were going to do to your kids area" and thats finaly?

The local managers have a great say in how it is run. But they are supervised, monitored and in some cases directed.

Agreed, but for the record, nobody from Kings Island actually announced that Planet Snoopy was coming to Kings Island - unlike the other parks getting the PEANUTS gang for 2010, the official announcement for KI was made as part of a Cedar Fair press release if my memory is correct.
