May 26, 200323 yr Today I watched PKI on The Travel Channel. It was one of many parks featured on a show called THE ULTIMATE THRILL and there might be an encore presentation of it tonight. Drop Zone, Son of Beast, and The Beast were featured in the presentation.
May 26, 200323 yr Yeah that was a repeat though. The new shows are on tonight starting at 6 on the Discovery Channel.
May 27, 200323 yr Nothing about TR:TR or Delirium... Interesting... Actually, they mentioned Delerium, but I belive it was the one at...I wanna say PGA, but I could be wrong. Anyone know the diff? It's the seats, isn't it?
May 27, 200323 yr Yeah, It's the seats. That Delerium seats less and faces inward. It also doesn't swing as high. ~Shadow~
May 27, 200323 yr It was a repeat, but it's only a week or two old A week or two old? I saw that at least a month ago. Probably even longer.
May 27, 200323 yr That was a fun show! I was there for the filming, so my legs are featured on DZ, and I'm a smiling, happy, clapping rider about to take his 25th ride on SOB! (I'm on for a split second in the segment shot in the station.) Jeff Siebert kept us alive and laughing every time the train passed through the station.... The Drop Zone shoot was especially funny. The park wanted at least 50 riders. (to make sure there were plenty of people) If I remember correctly, fewer than 20 showed up! Mr. Siebert was so desperate to find riders, he joked about pulling the fire alarm at Kings High School! If you look at some of the shots, you will see a few empty seats....I still don't know where they found as many people as they did! It was a cool show though....even though the TR:TR footage has yet to be shown.
May 27, 200323 yr Ahhh! We need to talk with Jeff about the TR:TR footage! He should know when it is going to air!
May 27, 200323 yr Anyone have it on tape? I wanna see it!!! If you would like to see the show, I can give it to you. It is a VCD so you'll have to play it on your computer or on your DVD player. Just PM me and I can mail it to you for free. Edited January 1, 197056 yr by mars1825
