Why are there Checkerd flags still in Action Fx i mean wasnt Days of Thunder Removed long ago i would think they would redo the Theater!

Didn't thaey redo it by splitting it into two theaters.

They never redid the theater. And there has always been two screens. All they changed was the sign. They also removed the cars in between the queue line. Why would PKI spend extra money when the Theater is fine.

Oh well I learned something new... I think that the only thing Action F/X theater needs is new sun screens on the sides they were in bad shape last year.. and maybe new arcade games in the arcade.

I had heard a while back that they were planning on playing two diffrent shows at Action FX theatre. One on each side. I am not sure if this is true or not.

They current do show two seperate shows. A 3D show on one side (7th Portal) and a normal one on the other (Meteor Attacks). The 3D show will be replaced this year as the third attraction.

Do you think that maybe they will put 7th portal on 1 side and Spongebob on the 2nd?

No. They only have one 3D camera and are not going to buy another at the time being.

Why remove the checkerd flags? There isn't any reason to remove them so why would PKI do it?

Yeah Smash Factory Sucked! I was just wondering why they didnt replace em by now i mean yeah there okay i just thought PKI would redo the thearter to something else because Days of Thunder is long gone!and we get a new theater ride almost every year. This year were gettin SpongeBob In 3D which is taking over the 7th Portal Spot and a new motion ride called warrior of the dawn i guess it gonna be like Bond but your a Medievil knight insted!

WHAT? I loved Smash Factory! My mom loved Smash Factory! And guess what... we hate 7th Portal. lol

Elvira's Revenge was fun too. I admit that the quere line video was pretty stupid, but the ride was fine!

Anyway, when PKI built the Action FX theater, they wern't imangining changing the video. But if they knew that they would be changing them almost every year, I'm sure that the theater would have more of an generic look.

I never really liked Smash Factory all that much. It felt kinda stupid. Spongebob 3D I could do without as well. But, oh well, it is a "family" park. They have to put some variety in their rides... This season's FX Ride just isn't smart this year IMO.

I think that the ultimate Action FX ride would be a Savbing Private Ryan Ride. Of coarse it wouldn't happen but imagine how kick a@$ that would be.

Smash Factory was OK. I wold much rather spend my time riding coasters instead though. It was to loud anyway, I hope they turn the volume down a bit this year.

The volume can be a bit much at times like with the James Bond piece of crap it was really really loud.

I think James Bond was the best thing they ever had in there! Smash Factory was louder than Bond anyway.

Ya, me too Doug, Ren and Stimpy, Nick Arcade. Sponge Bob is ok, but the decision to have a sponge bob ride at the opposite end of the park is kind of dumb It hink, but that's the way I see it.

Old Nickolodian was cool, "legends of the Hidden Temple" "Wild an Crazy Kids" "Round House" "Welcome Freshman" "Double Dare" Cool shows.

Viacom has made a channel that shows some of these shows called Noggin.

Don't forget Dude Ranch, that was high quality programing.

beastfreak: when you said they only have one 3D camera, did you mean projector? Because they don't need a different projector for 3D shows, because then 3D TV wouldn't work (ABC did that while back).

Yes it was Hey Dude There was also Welcome Freshman, and Salute Your Shorts... that show was so friggin cool!

I think the best show's that Nick has had is definitely Salute Your Shorts and Pete and Pete..... Classic stuff....

I think that the Action Fx theater should use more effects like fans etc.

The only problem with Noggin is that those shows are only on once a day and the only one I have seen on there is Pete and Pete.

And you have to have digital cabel or satilite.
