Instead of coasters, I will just add parks I havent been to first:

-Dollywood (soon to change)

-SFGAdv

-SFMM

-Disneyland

-Knotts Berry Farm

-Universal Hollywood

-Canada's Wonderland

And as for coasters I havent ridden on but have been to those parks (before they opened):

-Voyage

-Diamondback

-Goliath @ SFOG

-Hollywood Rip Rock and Ride It

-Manta

-Renegade

-Predator

-Powder Keg

-Patriot

Don't get me wrong, Powder Keg is amazing, especially the way they built it into the mountain side, but it feels like it's missing something sort of like FD.

As for my best coasters 'never' ridden:

TTD, Millie, Maverick, Raptor, Thunderhead, Goliath (SFOG), Diamondback, Manta..

A ton more, but these are the ones I want to ride the most.
