Wondering how the park is able to get around ADA issues for this but not to reopen?

Most people forget that the IR is able to be accessed via a service elevator.

But it is not convenient to go through the kitchen.

I'm not certain that I've seen any guests go up the elevator. I'm certain that it's been done, but never seen it myself.

    When we had KIC Day last year, a few people used the service elevator to get up to the IR.
