It's indisputable that CedarPoint.com has a lot of fun stuff on it. While PKI.com is informative, it just lacks the personal experience that CedarPoint.com does. My question posed is, what does PKI.com need to have in order for it to be worth visiting weekly or even daily?

You'll notice that CP's site has TC's blog, and some Pointcasts. Do you wish KI would get something like this, and what are some ideas that you think would be cool to improve PKI.com?

Well I think first they should use a similar layout to the CedarPoint.com website. I think for the picture it should be focused mainly on the Eiffel Tower with a collage of rides and coasters around it. I think in other places there should be more pictures from inside the park just general park pictures. I think on the attractions pages I think they should list all the ride facts where it's easy to be found. I think there should be a listing for every single ride and a picture of it and again it's stats. I would like to see virtual tours on some attractions. I think they should definitely have a blog and links to all it's fan sites such as KICentral.com I think they should include a history page and give timelines. I think they should have a public guestbook and allow comments (of course keeping the power to delete bad ones)

pki.com needs a Adventure Express POV video.

Or, maybe, all their major coasters!

KI needs a few web cams, too. Not the one on WCPO's site... that one is terrible.

And pki.com needs to lose the p but have a memorable web address, and not forget that many of its visitors may be visiting on dialup and need information about park hours, tickets, etc., quickly. Bells and whistles for frequent visitors are nice, but first and foremost it MUST remember that its primary goal is to get information out quickly to those who seek it. Frustrated would be guests may well go somewhere else if they can't find what they need for all the games, flash, animation and pretty stuff that wins awards and pleases the park's sycophants at the expense of the tourists.

I'd like to see videos on the www.pki.com. I mean videos of the rides in action, past shows, and maybe, just maybe TV series that featured Kings Island.........such as The Brady Bunch and the Partridge Family.

I wouldn't mind it being like Cedar Point's site, like with ride videos, galleries, a history...

On top of that... a new domain name! If they can't get kingsisland.com, why not kings-island.com or kingsisland.net. If they're going to rid the parks of things Paramount, that needs to include a website that implies that name.

I'd like to be able to buy Kings Island gear online. Especially now at the holidays. I saw on Cedar Point's website last year you could buy Christmas ornaments. That would be really neat.

And the website in general is terrible. Bad colors and stuff. And they should add a rumor central where people can post there rumors of KI in the future. They need to get rid of that red annoying pop-up that they do during HH.
