Prepping for RMC upgrade? Edit: After reading the SeVerus posts, maybe not.

I would like to see them go to all of the Basketball games in the park, just clear them out, and hand out all of the prizes.

My thinking is that this year the area will be larger over on the Coney section. With the opening up of the old smoking circle and the large pad at what used to be Dinosaurs Alive entrance, it will go all of the way to The Vortex. The new smoking area at the old DA spot has a large concrete pad and all of them now have electricity outlets. While I cant see WindSeeker or Vortex running in the cold, it does open up some new lighting possibilities. WindSeeker strung with lights? Vortex rides for the naughty people? Who knows? Now, will they connect South Coney with Rivertown? Maybe, but there is that grade as you come into it. I would not really want to slide down that in the cold

We rode again Sunday and the lights were off. It was quite interesting to see with the lights on. I dont recall having that happen before.

Going all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we ended up with 68,995 steps (36.38 miles) per Samsung Health. I did some experiments. I checked my steps before riding The Beast and then again after riding. It had added around 140 steps. I also did a lap around the park, starting with The Beast Selfie station. Not crisscrossing, going to Soak City, or going down dead ends (sorry Bat), it was around 1.1 miles

Does RMC refurb Arrows?

You may be close enough for the app to work. Its sometimes flaky whether you are in the park or not, but the rides times it shows have been doing better. Oh, and Welcome to KIC!

Is it me or is Vortex smoother than Adventure Express this year?

Just tried Hanks this year. Once we got the portion right, the food was ok. If I don't update in a few hours, assuming all went well. Hank's was not kind to me last year

We rode it today. It was pretty cool. I see how it has lasted so long in The Ride Game

Not too bad today. Diamondback is maybe 30 minutes. None for Vortex. Congo Falls is running with no wait

Good day to be here. Hardly any lines. It's the Music Days and Science Daysdeal but not too bad

Had Coney BBQ today for lunch. Portions are great. They are trying with the mac and cheese but it's not quite there in my opinion. The pulled pork was ok but you have to add sauce. (I would have git tritip but it was not done cooking). The air time fruit was good. Needless to say; I am full.

I guess to update this. We hut the ERT at 9:50 and International Street Larosas was already serving

In theory, if you can eat at 11AM then 3PM, drive 3.5 hours to the other park, it may be possible. Factors to include traffic, lines, and probably eating on the road for the 3PM meal. Not something I would want to try but I have seen some of the trip reports here. LOL

I caught some kids placing pennies on the floor in front of us on the 1st lift hill on this once. After I yelled at them, they quickly put them up. I was all ready to confront some parents at the end of the ride, but none were there and the kids bolted rather quickly.
