I noticed that Flight Deck had a queue line under the station loading platform that was never used, but displayed model airplanes and such. Were those used during the Top Gun era? And what was in that queue? And what was the motivation to remove that queue when it received The Bat makeover?

Errrmmm but if you're going to eat at the restaurant, you have to be in the park right? Hence 'park guest'? Everyone eating there is a park guest. I'm probably over-analyzing something, but I am quite confused.

Didn't Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle have a greater omnimover speed than Phantom Theater though? So was the capacity per hour really cut in half?

I really hope this is as unobtrusive as possibly to the rest of the World Showcase experience. When I'm in World Showcase, I want to experience the world, not some movie I've seen and heard the songs to 10 bashillion times. There's so many places in Disney World where movie themed attractions are 120% appropriate. Epcot's World Showcase really doesn't seem like an ideal spot to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I suppose it may be harder to write year-round for seasonal parks...since, well, they're seasonal. But writing for CF does indeed seem like a really FUN opportunity.

They shouldn't have to remove the Italian Job: Stunt Track control panel theming, so long as they're not using it to market the ride anymore. Also, there are still plenty of Paramount's Kings Island stickers inside the phone boxes of multiple rides. The one I seem to notice most often is the one by The Beast's queue line entrance. Maybe you could make it into an outdoor walkthrough exhibit of Kings Island history, facts, trivia, and, with that, you could easily incorporate references to other Cedar Fair parks. From what I've observed, park-goers are generally uninformed about Kings Island's history, and this would be a cool way to learn a bit about the park you're in while relaxing in the shade of the gardens.

That seemed to be the department all the fifteen year olds with the yellow name badge were working last year. I too will be applying this year, but I'm not sure how KI is with schedule flexibility, because I will be gone for a week around Father's Day.

I agree with all that has been said above. The parks are great, the shows there are great; it's just the company's reputation that's been defaced by Blackfish. Fix the reputation and get people to start coming back is what the company needs to do, but I do recognize that that is indeed very hard. If SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment plans on getting out of this financial slump and succeeding, they must keep the Busch brand, which has strong park attendance and a good reputation.

I'd rather see all entertainment companies expand, improve, and focus upon what they already have, as opposed to worrying about expanding their portfolio of properties. Both Six Flags and Cedar Fair have a national footprint now, so it might benefit them to pay a bit more attention to each park individually. Landscaping, atmosphere, themeing, cleanliness, and limiting in-park advertising are all aspects that I believe to make a guest's experience just a bit more enjoyable. In my opinion, the stand-out company that pays really good attention to these little things is Herschend, but Six Flags and Cedar Fair both have potential. Instead of using money to buy new parks, utilize that money to give a little extra love to each park you already have.
