Forgive me for asking, but wouldn’t sneezes and cough be considered symptoms? I guess I always understood “asymptomatic” to be completely without any symptoms..

So forgive me if this has already been discussed, but how will Fast Lane work this year? My wife and I have All-Season Fast Lane, and I see that they're not selling them on the site. Will they even be honoring Fast Lane this season?

Soooo...any new photos of the ride? Anything? It's almost like this new record-breaking coaster at Kings Island doesn't exist.

Here's my question: what marketing HAS Kings Island done regarding Orion? The answer: not much. And that's incredibly disappointing. An Instagram post here, a Facebook post there. I know if my park was spending $30 million on a new attraction, that would be posted EVERYWHERE. Meanwhile, Kings Island takes the "surprise" approach. Don't show them anything until they see it with their own eyes. I can understand that - but that's for the people who already know a lot about Orion. What about those people who don't know much at all about Orion? The general public knows very little compared to enthusiasts.

In the age of social media, Kings Island’s use of it has been disappointing. They could do so, so much more to excite the general public. Instead of posting pictures to show the grand scale of their new baby, they choose to hide it, as if it being a surprise will generate chatter amongst the general public. That’s not how enthusiasm works these days.

Kentucky Kingdom has been cleared to open at the end of June. This was just released by the governor of Kentucky. This also includes the small Beech Bend Park in western KY.

It really hauls ass through that turnaround.

This pandemic is probably setting all development plans back several years. It might be 7 or 8 years before we see our next coaster.

So what do you propose? How do you check for asymptomatic individuals if they by definition show no symptoms? You're not going to make it completely safe for everyone. It's impossible at this point. Kings Island would be wise to advise those at high-risk with certain medical conditions to stay home. There's not much else they can do but this, or remain closed. And file for bankruptcy if they DO choose to remain closed, because the genie is out of the bottle, and the coronavirus isn't going away.

So if it comes to that, will they limit the general public, passholders, or both?
