I know the exact location. I didn't know it was that cheap though.

Would that be in South Lebanon? Safe. Quiet. Some consider it sketchy. It's less than 10 miles away though...

LongLiveKingsCobra Cold Thursday
I just drove by on 71. It looks dead and very cold. I hope you have a jacket or thick skin. I'm not feeling that well today or I might have pulled in.

Andrew's June Trip
I've heard Georgia is tough on speeders but so far I have never been stopped. I do whatever traffic does most of the time and that typically has me 10 over the limit. I guess they owe me a few.

Canada's Wonderland
Yeah. That's the most useful thing I've ever gotten off KIC. No offense to anyone else.

Banshee or Son of Beast
Son of Beast will always hold a spot in my heart in large part because I was a student at Kings and I watched it slowly grow every day. In addition to that I feel like riding up a giant hill in a rickety bucket of a car had a certain "pucker factor" that a silky smooth B&M can't replicate.

Your First Upside Down Coaster?
I almost talked my son onto Vortex today, but he remained right side up.

Canada's Wonderland
I've never had the option (misfortune?) of riding a full circuit inverted Vekoma or Zamperla flyer. I probably won't start now. Thanks for that advice.

Your First Upside Down Coaster?
Vortex, around 1992 or 1993.

Big Coasters In Future?
On the money shark. That couldn't be any more perfect.

Big Coasters In Future?
Flying Eagles? Oh wait. There's a small grass filled clearing there, but that's a dead horse and I'm holding a baseball bat.

Big Coasters In Future?
I know very little of Dorney but I've picked up that's it's in a less safe area compared to Kings Island, which I've literally grown up around and have always had in my life. By comparison I think any amusement park would seem that way to me. In my mind the years of metal detectors were blasphemous. I guess in a way I'm asking for you to elaborate slightly.

Big Coasters In Future?
Where do you draw the line between upgrading your biggest parks constantly vs upgrading your smaller parks to draw more visitors? Obviously location, location, and location are the most important factors but do you wait for the area around your property to start growing or are you proactive in spurring that growth?

The Bat flies again at Kings Island
There are spots where it's wearing through already too. It's bound to happen.

Kings Island 2014 Discussion Thread
There are decals on The Bat's trains now. They look really sharp.

Canada's Wonderland
I've had suspicions for a while that my wife was planning a surprise trip to Canada's Wonderland this fall while we are across the border at Niagara Falls. This week my suspicions were confirmed when she let it slip. I'm super excited but no one I've talked to has been. I assume the travel distance and a required passport limits a lot of people. So I come before you, the community of KIC, to ask for tips about the park. We're planning to use Fast Lane while on this trip so I'm not as concerned about crowd patterns. If you have any advice about the park or just want to talk about it I'm all ears (or eyes I guess because I'll be reading).

No, not for many years.

Kings Island or Kings Dominion
My only point was that overall this discussion will be extremely biased considering the audience.

Kings Island or Kings Dominion
This topic on Kings Island Central?

Your Banshee Experience
I would imagine the coolers will show up when it's actually hot out.

Anyone know why Kings Island is closed this week?
It's been like this literally as long as I can remember. It's been earlier and later in the past but it's nothing new or abnormal.
