All I know for right now is that this indeed is a coaster. And to all the people saying its an Intamin coaster...I don't think so! Aren't ALL Intamin footers round, not square?

The closest support in this second picture looks either A, similar to the outer track of the keyholes of gate keeper, or B hugging the terrain at a 90 degree angle... So whether it's for KI or not, it looks interesting! I just don't see this as a Giga anymore. Wouldn't the supports be thicker like leviathans

I hope so! They have a photo on their Facebook page of Diamondback with a caption saying "if you like it, you'll want more of it." Great chance here they are referring to their liking for B&M Coasters at the park. High chance for a b&m. Now the only question is, WHICH TYPE?

Well I just watched the special on Travel Channel. The big announcement was Outlaw Run at SDC. Obviously this show was built when Gatekeeper was still under construction

I would love to see an xbase to action expansion but the may take a couple years

I'm a person who likes steep, long drops do getting a "larger version" of Diamondback wouldn't be so bad. But when you think about it, Behemoth and Leviathan at CW are nothing alike. Behemoth is about drops and airtime, while Leviathan is focused more on speed. Just because they are made by the same company does not mean that they are the same.

I hope the new coaster has a rockin' entry plaza. Something like Gatekeeper, Diamondback, or leviathan would be nice. Gatekeepers entry plaza is totally awesome

I visited the park today for the first time this season. Got to see the construction site and I must say that this coaster looks like the station may very well be near the walkway going to T.A. There were also more footer markers with flags on them near slingshot and in more of the old thunder alley attraction. The 3 rows of footers looked almost complete (there still looked like a row or so left to be done). Ore clues and teasers may come by mid summer.

Kings Island is going to be the place to be in 2014! Anyone else agree that a new b&m would be a great addition to the park?
