  1. Congo falls: no theming, no excitement, the only time you get soaked is when you are on the observation bridge. It doesn't belong in the Action Zone so send it to Soak City
  2. let me ride The Beast and I will be happy. Save me a doggie bag from the Reds Hall of Fame Grille
  3. This is a random question but do you guys think KK would make a good Cedar Fair park?
  4. So here's what I've gathered from all the theories posted on this thread
  5. The same chances of that we may know how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop.The world may never know 986, That is the number of licks I sometimes had too much time as a child but I was determined to know that answer. It all depends on how you lick it but around the 1,000 range seems pretty close.
  6. Paint Firehawk's supports tan and put a light blue color on Flight Deck's track
  7. This is great news!! You bet I'll attend the park!
  8. *Cough, Racer, Cough, Cough* Oh man, my allergies are acting up on me.
  9. I think Vortex needs a paint job the most. It almost looks black instead of blue.
  10. http://amateur-journalist.blogspot.com/2010/10/adventure-express-1991.html
  11. Construction of Adventure Expresses 1st lift hill
  12. In no order The worlds longest wooden coaster The world's best kids area the largest animatronic dinosaur park the largest amusement/water park in the Midwest One of the top 10 steel coasters the more or less themed sections the rides the family rides the peanuts blue icecream
  13. Great pics! If I'm not mistaken, isn't it on the observation deck?
  14. No more Cut Throat Cove, maybe.
  15. I picked Adventure Express because it is probably the vest mine coaster I've ever been on. It was my first "big coaster" (if you count it as a big coaster) and I love the theming. The only thing I would change would be the smell in the 2nd tunnel.
  16. Maybe a daily chicken dance with Woodstock? You can't have Oktoberfest without the chicken dance
  17. Invertigo looks a whole lot better with the aqua and the royal blue. The red was fading on the old paint job so it looked yellow and pink and very gross looking.
  18. That's how I felt last year. While we aren't getting anything big, it's nice to see things changing to make the park even better. When there's no new big attraction, it lets Kings Island focus on some minor things that need improvements. I hope they focus on Rivertown a little bit more. With all due respect to KI, I don't want to have to look at the old crypt building every time I go there and know its just being used just for haunt. It would be fine if the building was smaller but given its size, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
  19. I kinda like not having a big attraction this season. I'll be so happy to walk around and see the "Cedar Fair" improvements to the park!
  20. I'd have to say Adventure Express! I'm all into the tropical coaster theme like Volcano at KD. Flight of Fear came in 2nd and BLSC came in dead last. One of the worst things paramount ever did was get rid of those great antique cars and the flying eagles for a crappy themed car ride.
  21. This is in terms of theme along with the coaster itself. The poll is edited.
  22. What's the best themed coaster, of the three, at the park in terms of theme along with the coaster itself?
  23. Well since the 2013 season is approaching, I plan to take to s of pics to fulfill the list. Should we make a 2013 list?
