  1. correct me if I'm wrong (and this is just a suggestion) I belive it would be cheaper(or a better deal) to get a two day ticket instead of one starlight pass and a normal ticket. P.S. Fast Lane is up to you but on monday you could spend 10 minutes at guest services and ask them about their projestions for tuesday. buy tickets online and if its is raining you probably shouldn't buy Fast Lane. I know from personal experience.
  2. yes Well at least Kraken was.
  3. If they are going to take out something in Action Zone we need to start by figure out what to do with "you know who/what".
  4. If Kings Island were to get a new themed area what would you want. (sorry if there is already a topic like this) If it were up to me I would either add stuff to X-base and make it a real area or build something like the Lost Continent
  5. Sorry, but it might fall under average or a launch See what you mean but i thinking an Average coaster would just be an out and back chain lift hill but with out some aspect to define it. What would you call it. I will change it if you want.
  6. I was woundering what your favorite type of Roller Coaster is your favorite. Sorry if I missed one but I can only put 20, so just post a comment saying what it is.
  7. I agree, Dive Coaster would be my first choice. Then probably a Giga (BeastForever said nothing about), for third it would be an Xcelerator or a Maverick style ride. I think a Dive Coaster or a Giga would fit wear Son of Beast (if they decide to not reopen it) Xcelerator might fit there to and Maverick would fit perfectly in Rivertown.
  8. I had the same thing happen, but not on Phantom Theater it was on the Haunted Mansion at Disney World it was pretty cool.
  9. I think The Beast has a chance because it is a pretty well known woodie. Saddly I dought Diamondback will win it category because it against Kingda Ka & Millennium Force two of the most known coasters. Still keep your finger crossed.
  10. Does any one no why they picked The Racer? I asume it is because of the capacity.
  11. Never been but i think you should go the whole day because it a very large park (saddly more coasters the Cedar Point). Try to ride x2, and could you tell me your experience about on it.

I would like to know what your favorite themed area is. Leave a post saying why (insert favorite area here) is your favorite area. Hopefully I did it right so you can vote, if not please just leave a comment below saying what your favorite area is.
  13. Again it is also sad they closed geauga lake ps They were trying to sell the big diper for $9,500 but no one bought it. Saddly it sits like sonny.
  14. As Goodyellowkorn pointed out, the ride started off as Scooby Zoom, before being renamed Top Cat's Taxi Jam, then Fairly Odd Coaster, and now the Great Pumpkin Coaster. I'm not %100 sure, but I think that Les Taxis may have been the Rivertown side of the 'tiques. *Sometimes it does look like a fun little ride; the only coaster that could easily fit in my backyard! I believe that it was never the Fairly Odd Coaster, that was the name for the original Scooby Doo coaster, aka The Beastie. Wasn't it Little Bill's Giggle Coaster? yes
  15. it is to bad kentucky kingdom closed
  16. I think if they were to exspand and add some water slides they charge extra but right now I think the parks admission should cover it.
  17. Sorry if there is already a thread like this, but I was wondering what your first roller coaster was and how your experience was on it. My first Roller Coasters was the Blue Streak at Cedar Point. I sat in the very back and just loved the airtime, been hooked ever since.
  18. I think that is a great idea. You should write them, and maybe they will listen, maybe they won't but is worth a shot.
  19. Okay Sorry my bad
  20. Eiffel Tower Op: Because it is again Ohio state law, please do not throw anything or anyone over the edge. (giggles in the crowd)
  21. I thought they were Minicoopers.
  22. Why isn't any one mentioning Manta. That's a great ride. I think it should have won but aftershock vs Montu or Alpengeist.
  23. I heard in front of Whit's that they are going to move plantet snoopy where the old beach water park was.
  24. It is obviously up to preference. But the ride is also a factor. Such as if you like airtime the back is wear you want because if your in the front your allready pretty far down the hill before you pick up speed, but in the back you get whipped over hill very fast. For me it mostly about the air time but for some rides the front does have soom benefits in certains circumstances. Like when i rode the manta ( at seaworld ) we rode in the font one time and in the back the other time. I found the time in the front much more enjoyable then in the back. But that ride a flying coaster with a lot of scenery. but for most rides the back is where it's at
