We might not expect one, but we sure would like to have one. Kings Island is unpredictable, and you can't really "expect" anything from them.

Your right, I know for a fact that it didn't close in 1983 forever, as I first went to the park in 1987 and I remember walking up to the 50 foot platform many of times. Now for some reason Im thinking it was closed off well before the mid 90's, I'm thinking it was already closed when Paramount bought out the park, but I could be wrong, if it wasn't it was shortly after. I know people that went up in that section of the tower in the 90's also.

Posts like that are the ones that get you thinking and wondering......

That music would definitly bring Kings Island back to the old Taft days and make it the almost, same feel as the old glory days of KI.

I did it and it looked like poo... so i just took leviathan's track layout, edited it and stuck it there. Oh and gave it the name Mammoth (it was all i could come up with) heres what it looks like Thats a great design but the name probably wouldn't work because Holiday World in Santa Claus, IN has a water coaster named Mammoth.

and sometimes........They simply just don't want you on their grass.

That sounds like a Very akward coaster expirience on The Rattler.

Quite a few of you guys wont wait in line over 2 hours for anything at Kings Island, But what about The Beast? Isn't it worth waiting 2 1/2 hours to ride?

The Red racer is Always smooth and I Never, ever dare to ride the Blue train and I never will.

Everything could possibly go wrong, With a 800ft. tall roller coaster.

If we get anything new added to the already new Soak City, then it more than likely wont just be one slide, It will be a group of slides.

If we don't get a wooden roller coaster I would also like to see a new looping coaster.

Is the $25, a limited time deal or is it going to be $25 next year too?

I've never done pin trading but it sounds fun. I like the idea and I hope that Kings Island and Cedar Point also try it out.

Why did they change the color of the cars? I kind of like the gradient effect myself. I like the color of the trains in the picture ^^ Up there. I like the red and yellow train and I think they should be colored like that now.

I think so too. Even though you cant ride coasters (to my knowledge). Wouldn't it be so cool to ride The Beast in the shimmering white snow on a sunny day (with the exception of really high/ fast cold winds)? Of coarse though, you cant "take away" that freezing cold wind. That would be a great expirience on The Beast and it would also be kinda cool to ride WindSeeker in the snow, and see everything in Mason, from 301ft. in the sky.

I would Love to see Winterfest make a return and I think it Could be a huge success depending on how Cedar Fair promotes it of all things.

I just said the above post because everyone else was talking about how bad it was for children. I haven't been to Ed's show yet and I don't really know what its like.

Six Flags and Kings Island should not even be in the same sentence, Let alone talking about Six Flags owning KI. I think that the only time SF and KI should be talked about together is if your talking about how much better, Kings Island is than one of the Six Flags parks.
