Hey guys, I have looked high and low and CANNOT find the VH1 Ads that is played in the park with the cats playing rock music. If ANYONE knows where I can find these... I would much appreciate it. Thanks. -Hauntguy

Personally I think all the movies at the theater are weak. My favs. though would have to be Bond and 7P... But none compare to T3D at Universal... now THAT is a great 3D attraction. -Hauntguy

Just remember... actors can make or break an attraction. Also, things might change the NIGHT BEFORE opening. So just keep your eyes out... with this business, nothing is ever "set in stone" until the first customer comes through! -Hauntguy

So how does a 15 year old kid get around to all these.... pay for these... or even know what their talking about? Have you ever worked a haunt? Built a haunt? Or even took a backstage tour of a haunt? There is NO way you can review a haunts detail, quality, or scare (well, maybe scare) without doing any of the things I listed. I have been in this business for 12 years now and like to think I know what I am talking about. Fearfest '05 was the best event since it's first in '00. Maybe you went to Fearfest on an "off night"... believe me, it happens! Headless Hollow... any new attraction will have it's faults. Remember how much SOB was closed down when it first opened. This can be applied to ANY attraction of ANY kind. So go to Fearfest this year.... on opening night! That's your best chance of having a great time. -Hauntguy

1... Scarzones! Before last year KI virtually had NO scarezones! 2... Line Pass. 3... Better Creepers. Yes, better! 4... Good conjunction and upkeep of themes. 5... Two good shows in Action FX Theatre. 6... Safer. That's just to name a few! Before last year, Fearfest was very "lack-luster"... The only other good Fearfest was in '00! Last year was a very WELL DONE Fearfest. Yeah their are SOME problems. But their is NO HAUNT in the world that doesn't experience problems. Remember, KI hasn't been doing events like this for long. Seven years isn't nearly long enough to make it perfect. KI is on the right track though! Am I proud of Fearfest? Every year! Why... I know what it takes to put on an event like that. I know how much sweat, planning, building, frustration, etc... that it takes! And for KI to pull off a SUCESSFULL event like Fearfest every year is simply amazing. KI must be doing something right, the crowds get bigger every year! Now, you can go through and nit-pick every little detail... but for what? Just go, have a good time... forget your "hopes and wishes" and leave your ego at the frontgate! Does every haunt need to be intense? NO! Does every single scare need to make you scream? NO! Remember, haunted events will invoke all your feelings... fear, terror, laughter, sadness, disgust, etc. Just go... have a good time.. and don't be so critical. -Hauntguy

I'm the host of the new attraction in Rivertown... And yes, the actors do MAKE the haunt! Maze of Madness has always had the best (and craziest) actors at the park... But I am challenging that (heehee). So it seems to me that everyones main concern is a location and a name change? Come on people... you should worried about them cancelling the event! Or only running it 2 nights! Not some name change and a location change. In the haunt business changes will happen all the way up too opening night! I don't know... they might decide to put me in the streets and not in a house. KI might decide to NOT do a trail this year. KI might have NO actors roaming at all... Guys, just take what you are given and appreciate it! Fearfest will be the best, this year and all we can do is enjoy it! -Hauntguy

KI does know what they are doing... It's only stupid rumors flying around that KI doesn't have a clue. They know, I just got a letter today updating me on Fearfest... it's all going smooth! Just hold on... you'll see everything come together. -Hauntguy

Chilll.... breathe... time is on your side! Trust me, Fearfest is going to be great this year... that's all any of us needs to know! KI will announce what happening when it is the right time! Even Universal/Knotts hasn't announced much yet! -Hauntguy

I am sure alot of plans for Fearfest are set in stone and are underway... As for Maze of Madness... it's just a location issue! Even if it returns to it's same location, it will still be one of the best mazes at Fearfest! What's the fuss? -Hauntguy

He wasn't totally random... works in the park.. I THINK his name was Adam... And no, theres only like a panel of 5 people and you do get videotaped. I guess so they can laugh at you later... HAHA!! But it wasn't bad, just let your "inner freak" come out to play! -Hauntguy

They asked if I had any experience (duh, 12 years now!)... I was also asked to do an improvised character with a guy who played a "guest". LOL! I brought a noisemaker with me to scare him... I think he jumped a few times... but I like to mix comedy in with scaring people! HA! -Hauntguy

I'm still kind of upset that Busch Gardens didn't/wasn't able to get the parks... But I think CF will do good! -Hauntguy
